Hehe, then I have chances to beat Kovalev on a golf course

That's surprising. Usually hockey players are very good golfers. Maybe Kovalev never played before

I mean 19 over isn't ridiculously bad. It is a professional course probably close to 7,000 yards, I doubt many here can shoot 91 on that kind of course. My best round ever would beat Kovalev's worse by a couple of strokes.

are you guys kidding me? 19 over is more then bogey/hole which is bad....

but for non-golfers 91-92 is not that bad;it all depends on the conditions he played (wind, course difficulty and hole position) A good golfer would be unhappy of a round of 91 but it happens....

I bet he wouldn't be in the top 100 in the NHL golfers...

N.B. I have a 7 handicap, playing golf for 7 years (I am 22)...

I think Kovalev was +19 over two days so that is not too bad at all when you think about it. Far from a professional golfer, but not too bad.

The guy shot a 91 in a professional tournament and you think he never played before?

Better question is, have you ever played before?? 91 is a pretty solid score on a top end course that's got enought to host a professional tournament.
