I wish Subban would stop doing these charges Kronwall style.
For one, he's not very good at it. The hit wasn't square. It was dangerous for both guys.
And secondly, he left his position and the flyers had a good chance.
It's what happens nearly every time. I don't have a problem with big open ice hits but he doesn't make good decisions about it.
Not as good as Kronwall obviously. But he's good. Schenn is pretty tough though so that's why PK looked bad. I'm sure Schenn felt that, he got that right in the chest. PK will only get better at "Kronwalling" players if he practices it.
So far, it pissed off the Flyers. It was legit hit. So it could put us back on the PP.
Anyone else find that Schenn left his feet hard before he got hit? Like he literally jumped into the hit to counter act it.... Is that legal? I thought you couldn't leave your feet on a hit, whether receiving or distributing.
