I once saw one of their d man skate it out of the zone on his own, and he was not caught from behind or anything....clearly they are using magic over there.

Not only did he duck, but what was up with that lame attempt at stopping Prust's goal? Awkwardly stretching his glove hand behind his left leg while standing up right. Looked like he was playing Twister.

Where did all the Bryz defenders go after that duck? What a waste of cap space, being paid like a top 5 elite goalie and he ducks on the shot. Lundqvist goes out of his way to head pucks if they're high. Even his effort on the second goal allowed was piss poor.

They also have a goaltender, which would be nice.

Their goalie does this cool thing too where he doesn't move out of the way of pucks on purpose.

No, no, no. It was a deflected puck. Those are impossible for goalies to stop!

Boruk: Bryz needs to put what just happened aside...

Morganti: Don't duck anymore.

Its not Bryz's fault. He's feeling pressured since we acquired Mason.

Bryz isn't elite and never was. He never had the lateral movement to be elite. When i watch guys like Lundqvist, Quick, Rinne, and all the other top tier goalies they have outstanding agility in the crease. Bryz is a big loafer. Once he's committed to making the first save any second chance he can't stop because he doesn't have the ability to recover. His glove hand sucks. Have you noticed when he does make a glove save he just punches it to the corner.

Good apart from the defensive breakdown that led to the second goal.
