Richards looked great tonight. If he can get going with Clowe and Zucc that would be awesome. Hags-Brassard-Boyle looked awesome too. Gives us 3 solid lines that can score.
He's supposedly McD-lite from what I've heard. Going from Gilroy/Hamrlik to McD-lite for the 6th D... I can't put that into words lol.

I must be dreaming... We beat the Penguins 6-1? Malkin didn't get a goal? Our first line didn't carry us? All 3 new guys scored a goal? Brian Boyle had 4 points? Our PP was 3/4? I don't want to wake up!!

3 Stars:

1. Byrone Boyle
2. Dericke Brassarde
3. Ryane Clowe

EXTRA E'S FOR EVERYONE!!!

Seriously though, who are these guys and what did they do with the Rangers? That was probably the best game of Boyle's career. Love it.

Can't even front. Byron Boyle HAD to be put in the poll.

Really just strong efforts from everyone though.

You mean it hasn't happened in a long time outside of every game this season where he's been our best PKer with Callahan and a great defensive forward. I understand that you must've missed that.

Ryan Clowe - upgraded Brandon Dubinsky.
Derrick Brassard - AA
John Moore - Tim Erixon

is Dorsett our Prust?

This team has the identity of last year's team now

What a great game all around. Obviously Boyle, Brass God, and Clowe played fantastically, but Richie also put in a solid game, as did Zucc. Loved seeing our defensemen get involved in the rush, especially McD who absolutely buried that shot.

Does anyone know if Brassard has always had such great vision or was today just an awesome fluke?

Jesus ****ing christ I can't believe this.

I was definitely in on Clowe and glad he didn't make me look like a dick, but Brassard shoved the crow right down my throat.

And Brian Boyle...wow.

I could care less what the score was. That was a full 60 minute effort by the whole team. Show me more of that.

Let's not get too excited about our new guys. It was one game. This will be, in no way, indicative of the norm.

Glad to see some of the new guys chip in and help us get a big W against a goaltender I can't stand.

Oh and also, before the Jets game i said that we were going on a streak winning against the Jets and follow up with back 2 back against the Penguins. Lets hope i didnt jinx it.

Clowe
Brassard
Boyle

HM: The rest of the team

Edit: Moore actually looked like Mctruck out there. Great skating!

Few thoughts:

1) I had no idea Brassard could be this good. Reminded me a lot of Richards at his best.
2) Moore looks like he'll be solid on the 3rd pair.
3) Richards had one of his best games in a while. Played like he doesn't want to get traded to Columbus 1 year from now.

Most of you guys are getting it wrong. It wasn't Byron Boyle. It was Byron Boy.
