30 seconds into OT and Victo eliminate the Cats.

Wow.

Kitchener eliminates Guelph in five. The Storm, IMO, would have tied it up 3-3 if Kosmachuk didn't go head hunting instead of net hunting.

As for the other Q series ...

BLB knocks down le Titan 4-1.
Rimouski stays alive and makes it 3-2 Gatineau heading back to the Bob.
Chicoutimi forces game 6 and beats Quebec.
Moncton of course, are out in 5.
Val-d'OR win two in a row an make it 3-2 heading back to the Island needing just one.
Rouyn eliminate Drum and advance.

Generals just finished off the Ice Dogs in 5. Avenges the last 2 years when the tables were turned the other way.

Sudbury eliminates Brampton 1-0 in OT (4-1 overall) and thus end the Battalion's time in Brampton.
They'll be Sudbury's new rival next season in North Bay.

Looks like Austin Lotz is putting on a hell of a performance for Everett to be in the series against Portland.

Lotz is funny like that. Unbeatable some nights and gets shelled the next. I have some upcoming thoughts on him when I post my WHL player rankings for the 2013 NHL Draft in the near future.

The main problem I see is his rebound control is very inconsistent. If his rebound control is decent, he can win any game 1-0 with 30+ shots against. If it isn't particularly strong in a game, Everett can lose 4-0 on 15 shots.

So I agree that it is pretty damn funny.

The Kelowna-Seattle game was fantastic last night. Game 7 should be a dandy tonight, too.

Good game so far. You'd have to say Kelowna should be up.

0-0 after 1.

Brandon Whitney's been unbelievable for Victoriaville thus far. I'm disappointed that Danault ended his Junior career like that, on the wrong end of another upset, but at least Whitney's the reason why that happened.

Through 5 games: 4-0-1, 1.87GAA, .951Sv%, 2SO and he's faced 204 shots in 5 games. For comparison, Zach Fucale faced 70 in 4 games with Halifax.

I was a big fan of the kid going back to his draft year. Very exciting to see him play that well, against a top team in the Q.

Rockets win it!

That was one of the best playoff series' so far. Tons of OT nailbiters.

Just wait until the 2nd round for the West,

Portland vs Spokane
Kelowna vs Kamloops

Both of these series can easily go to 7 games.

I'll take Portland in 6 and Kamloops in 7.

Hard to see Kelowna pushing it to 7 after just have gone 7 and missing the players they are missing.

Should be a beauty series.

They have momentum and are still a team with a ton of talent and a good goalie.

Got the same predictions, but I wouldn't be surprised if Chiefs actually upset the Winterhawks. Portland is a very talented team, but they play a very finesse offensive style of game compared to Oil Kings overall game.

I seriously think I am the biggest Cooke fan on this website, if he was just 5'11" he would've been drafted.
