The last couple of years United Center has been a house of horrors for the Blues. Hopefully we are able to finally get the monkey off our back.

We may be sitting in 9th place but we have 2 games in hand on almost everyone

I like the fact we have upgraded the D, but I dont know if we are a playoff team with Elliott in the pipes. I hope they give Allen the job, and we sink or swim with him. If hes our future, start getting the experience now. Let it start tonight. He won in Detroit and Vancouver, so why not let him try Chicago too?

as of 07:00 AM CDT JayBo still has not got his Visa allowing him to make his debut in a Blues Uniform, and ending his Ironman Streak, just passing along.

Would suck if that put an end to his ironman streak, but i believe JR said the blues fully expect it will be completed in time.

Yeah that would suck. Same thing happened to Garry Unger my current avitar photo ironicly when the Blues traded Unger to the Atlanta Flames in 1979.

Don't like Dmen playing with numbers usually just forwards play with

But I do like a real GDT from time to time, thanks Blanick!

I just hope Ells plays a solid game, then it should be a good one

Thanks I figured ownership/management stepped it up so we should too.

I have kinda been a ghost a little this season cause I returned to school. So working 50 hours a week while doing 12 credit hours of school has been draining me.

Figured Id get caught up a little here. I know some people are down on acquiring Bouwmeester but for me the only thing that gives me pause is the contract. His ability to move the puck should allow Pietrangelo to simplify his game. I feel like that has been Pie biggest issue this year is he is trying to do too much and he plays his best when he makes simple/smart plays.

Overall I am happy getting Leo and Bouw. I know alot of people were chomping at the bit for a big body mover in the corners but the thing I have noticed is that we really do win alot of board battles in our own end. What has been burning us is our failure to move the puck out of our zone when we gain possession. Guys like Leo and Bouw will bring down the number of bad turnovers at our own blueline.

Stoked with the signing of Jaskin but with him in the mix and Lehtera waiting to come over I get the feeling Army might have something big up his sleeve at the draft. I would like to see the Blues package together some assets and go get that true 1C we have needed for so long.

Alright Blues now is the time to put an end to this ****ing curse we have at United Center.

Is it confirmed that Elliot is starting? I know he got the W for us last game but man was he all over the place in net. The wild did us a favor by not putting shots on the net on their PP's. I'd feel much better with Allen in net. Hopefully Elliot plays like he did in the first game in Chicago, but man am I nervous.

Yes he's starting.

We usually don't play well at UC. Gonna be interesting, hopefully it's a fun one to watch.

I am excited to see J-Bo play as a Blue, I always remember watching him play, being frustrated by his size and skating, but inability to make a huge difference in a game. Hopefully playing with a guy like Petro can bring the best out of him.

I hope JBo can get his visa issues sorted out. That would be a rough way to end the Iron Man streak, through no fault of your own. I'm sure he doesn't care about the streak that much, but I still wouldn't want it ended by the turtle's pace of bureaucracy.

Someone on twitter, think JR, said he was meeting the Blues in Chicago today. I haven't read anything that says he won't be able to play tonight.
