Low expecations.
I'll enjoy the ride but don't expect it to last forever.
Don't draft bottom 10 and I'm happy this season.

Just play a hard 60 minutes boys.
The locker room can see where their hard work is getting them.
This team is playing for each other.
If they win tonight, look out.

I think this will be a close one, hoping for victory, but expecting a loss. Maybe we can eek out a a win or OTL?

I hope Smyth doesn't cost us tonight.

Schneider likes to give up goals in bunches. Pepper him quick then we get to watch Lui play.

This will be a tough test. Beating a Calgary team that consists of a handful of NHL caliber players is one thing, beating a good Canuck team who just acquired a good 2nd line C is another.

I still think this game is winnable. I know we're tired and all, but the Canucks are on a two game slide, we have the same goal differential, they have one more regulation win.

We're also on right now and Hall is playing out of his mind. I think we have a decent chance to atleast get a point.

Schneider confirmed. Hopefully he remembers how Hall embarrassed him.

5 games ago we needed 13-4 to make the postseason.

8-4 the rest of the way looks much more manageable but if we can scrape out a win tonight, 7-4 looks even better.

We need 2 wins out of these next 3 games. Let's get #1 out of the way tonight.

I'm fully expecting a loss tonight. I know that the boys are brimming with confidence but they have developed some awful defensive habits the last few games that will get exposed tonight if they don't tighten up.

However, we do have The Power of the Bag on our side so it's a tough prediction.
It would be momumental if they can pull this one out tonight against a full Canucks lineup at GM Place, would make for a fun PGT and to see the trollish Canucks fans squirm who said that the Oilers don't deserve credit because they beat a "crippled" Canucks squad last game.

wouldn't it be better to actually give him time off and not have him play through it?
