LOL Clowe has 2 goals in first two PERIODS with Rangers!

Pens peaked too early, obviously.

Everyone should have known Clowe wasn't as bad as he looked this year in San Jose. I would have liked him in Chicago, but no doubt he fits in far better in New York's system.

They were too passive at the deadline

Should have traded for Jagr, not washed up Iginla.

Clowe is still a clown, and I flat out don't like him. Hope he gets his heart broken by the woman he loves.

All of the players the Rangers traded for have looked good tonight.

I can't stand Clowe and glad we didnt make a run for him. He's a clown.

I said since last year Clowe is a player the Hawks miss and shoule try to get. He is big, tough, can score and doesn't mind getting dirty when need be. Clowe is a Dave Bolland type player, you hate him if he is on the other team but love him if he is your guy. Imagine a 3rd line of Clowe, Bolland, Bickell and how they would dominate other teams top lines and pitch in goals of their own.

I'm happy that Clowe was traded to the east. Always hated to play against him

I like Clowe a lot too but it's pretty obvious already the Rangers are going to lock that guy up.

He'll be 31 in September. I could see something like 24M over 5 YRs, a higher year to year rate but I can't see that kind of term, even at a cheaper price.

Let's just clone Al Secord in his prime and call it a day.
