Bring back Dire wolves and Mammoths.

The former so that GoT doesn't have to rely on enlarging normal size wolves, and the latter because that would be friggin awesome...and we could learn more about their habits and such.

I'm all for bringing extinct species back to life. There could be potentially invaluable scientific discoveries available that could aid us in many areas today. Perhaps we could develop new vaccines or other biologically based cures for disease or what-have-you.

Bring back spiders whose silk was exponentially stronger than that of modern spiders and copy/mimic the atomic structure in the lab to produce incredibly strong and light material.

The benefits could be potentially endless from learning from/about extinct flora or fauna.
