Its amazing how much Orpik gets away with. He's on the same tier that Pronger was.

No we haven't been. First few minutes were shaky. Past 5-7 have been a lot better (basically since Clowe and Engelland fought).

It is, I love the way he plays, but he gets away with murder compared to the other soft calls we see across the league every night.

And that's exactly what I told him. They were in our zone for the first couple, and then we started pushing back and started to get our forecheck going. Enjoy the game.

the biggest change isn't the players, torts has the Dmen involved in offense A LOT more. something that should have been happening long ago

being able to roll 3 lines that can create scoring chances is big. PIT with a bit of a push last few shifts, need to get it back.

Oh trust me, to have a dman on your squad that can take liberties so often and the whistles are put away - I'm all about it. Would love to have him on the squad.

You did? Seems like you left out that first part. Pens look a lot better than the other night (of course they do - couldn't get much worse). Either way; overall decent road period so far.

Moore's skating and stick work looks good to me.. his board play needs some work though.

Damn, Pyatt sucks. Just get a bad angle shot off that. How do you over skate it (as usual)?
