How can you logically say Stepan is the logical choice? The guy is not good in shootouts.

Cant stand him either. He either belongs in the 4th line or scratched.

I'm actually not all that upset with this loss. Sure, we could use the 2 points, but down 1-0 that late in the game, with all those emotions flying around, and a hot goalie like Flower, coming to from behind to tie it like that was most satisfying. I for one did not think we were going to tie it up. I'm pleased. We'll get the 2 tomorrow.

Could they try to be anymore obvious? Where was the slash on Zucc? Or on Hank? Or the MULTIPLE holding penalties (Nash in particular) that went unnoticed? Seriously sick of this favoritism.

Three out of four against the Pens in a home and home, when totally we embarrassed them last game? I'll take every time. Some of you folks need to take a doggie downer or something. Relax.

MZA. Better than when he was here last. More creative even. Incredibly so. He flat out fools his line mates I think. Inability to put one in the net himself has me a little concerned, but this guy is gifted. Gotta keep him out there.

Brassard is a very intriguing hockey player. I'mawatchhimclose.

I'm VERY upset with the loss, but only because I absolutely loathe that ****ing franchise. The New York Rangers played a fantastic game of hockey and it's a shame they didn't get 2 points against a team full of ********.

We'll win tomorrow.

Got three of four against the best team in our conference. Now the real test will be if they can pick up more points tomorrow against a weaker team.

Really makes one wonder why this league continues to showcase and basically treat the Penguins like Jordan's Bulls.

Boyle played a great game.

My God. Why does everyone have to HATE someone? We're playing good hockey.

Boyle - since the trade deadline - has been one of our better players.

"B-b-b-but he missed a golden opportunity! He has to put that away!"

Easy to say when you're reclining on your coach.

Secondly: MAF played extraordinary. Give credit when credit is due.

We played a great game... Not worried, if we keep this up, we'll take at the very least 7th, and maybe even 6th place... See below...

Not only are the rangers playing with teams (in the next several days) that theyre fighting for points, but alot of the teams in the east are sinking fast...

Minus the caps from the mix...
- Leafs are only 5-2-3 in their last 10... Nothing to sneeze at.
- Hurricanes are going down like palm trees in... a hurricane, losing the last 3
- Jets are just about out of the race at this point after losing 5 in a row
- Devils have lost the last 2, and I don't see them going far with their awful, stagnant play (not being biased here, they simply have not played well in the past month)
- Ottawa has lost the last 3 games as well...

So basically, all of the teams in front of us are sinking fast, and the teams immediately trailing us (minus the Isles) are also sinking fast...

Only teams to worry about is Philly and Buffalo.. For some reason those teams seem to be heating up in the past week

I'm actually excited for once

He's been better, he scored our last SO goal on a slick backhand move, beating Fleury tonight would come down to either a quick release or a good move. Cally doesn't have any of the two and his moves are known to mankind. Callahan moves are more of a crap shot versus skillful shootout plays where the player can actually come up with a strategy.

Well this sucks..there isn't a team in the league I hate as much as the dirty, stinking Pens. Of course I had to listen to their homer announcers on NHL Network, that should be considered cruel and unusual punishment. Seriously, their guys could do no wrong and our guys were all criminals.

Anyway, disappointing loss but you have to be happy with 3 of 4 points against the best team in the league. You have to be happy with the Rangers overall performance, they put up an great 60 minute effort. They made Flurey work and kept pace with the pen's physical play. I was impressed with the entire line-up, everyone was energized and playing hard. We keep that up we will keep winning.

Jordan's Bulls LOL. Someone remind them Crosby is one concussion away from retirement.

Honestly... As long as we end up as the 8th, 6th 5th or 4th seed I will be fine. I do NOT want to play MTL. They own us.

Good game by the Blueshirts. I was hoping your boys would have pulled Cooke over the boards and ended his terrorism. Hate that jerk.

Rangers know of no struggling team, only teams that have the potential to rebound.
