0/8 on the PP? Kristo should help that.

Dogs PP is 10% (league worst). No wonder everyone's offensive totals suck.

Beaulieu with a Flyers like goal against us on Wednesday! 4-2.

Bournival assists. Lots of points for the kiddie corps tonight.

4-2 victory confirmed.

Good win by the Dogs ! Finally some depth on the team; all four lines played great and contributed tonight.

I have to admit that Leblanc has been very good tonight. After all the bad things I've heard about his development this year, he was probably one of the best forwards on the ice tonight, got lots of chances .. Too bad he doesn't have a little more skills to work with.

Among the newcomers, Archambault is really hard to evaluate. He is really fun to watch, great skills and acceleration, but I feel like this is not going anywhere. So many times, the play aborts after a couple nice moves. He also needs to work on his strength, he got knocked off the puck and lost 1vs1 battles way too often tonight.

Kristo had a really quiet first period, but turned it up a little bit for the next 40 minutes. He showed great moves, especially on Belzile's goal. I might have expected a little bit more from him considering his age, but I'm sure he will meet our expectations soon enough.

Hudon might have been the most involved of the three rookies tonight. He got a couple scoring chances, was in the dirty areas all night long. He knows where to go on the ice, always supporting his linemates.

For the rest, Mayer and Beaulieu played great. Should be a tough challenge for the Dogs tomorrow night against Texas.

I listened on the radio and it looked like Beaulieu had a very good game.

Lucky SH goal for Beaulieu, but he plaid well enuf tonite to earn that one.

Surprisingly good game from the Dogs knowing they had eleven rookies in the line-up.

Hudon must still be hearing some bells ringin, did he was smashed tonite! I bet he will be in the gym tomorrow morning, lifting weights for hours to gain some strenght.....question of survival for him!

Solid game for Beaulieu and Leblanc.

The Belzile-Kristo-Archambault line, if they have the opportunity to keep playing together, will be dynamite once they better know each other.

Archambault is such a spark-plug: on the forecheck, he was buzzing so much around Petrovic that this def found nothing better than to shoot the puck out, being penalized on the play.

What a classless act by Deveault tonite, his 6-4 feet and 230 pounds smashing that poor Hudon , elbow to the head etc, than fighting Tinordi with a fullface mask and keeping punching Tinordi once laying on the ice...Goon AHL style!

Too bad that Vail was healthy scratch tonite.

Belzile has a great hockey sense, he just plays smart. There is nothing fancy to his game, he keeps it pretty simple so we don't particularly notice him, but he is effective.

If things continue this way, concussions will limit Hudon's progress. It's ridiculous how many times he's suffered it in a short time.

That was a fun game to watch. Thought that Kristo was the best of the new rookies even though he started off slow, he got better as the game wore on. Looks like they were going after Hudon, he got hit hard couple times (Yonkman and Deveaux) but it's a good for him to get some big hits under hit belt. It's just too bad that they kicked Deveaux out, wanted to see Stortini have a "talk" with him, so gutless but im not surprised coming from Deveaux. At least Tinordi was there to stick up for Hudon.

Leblanc had a solid game again, Belzile with another solid showing. Beaulieu with more of the ups and downs that he's shown this year. Puts points on the board but his poor pinch lead to the 2nd goal against, which almost cost them the game. But then he sets up a goal on a nice play by Kristo and scores one that the goalie should of had. Beaulieu can take over a game in the offensive zone though, going to be very interesting to see what he can do in the NHL in time.

Can't believe how good Hudon has been this season. Timmins' drafting record will go to the next level if he ends up a future Gallagher type steal. I want to keep my hopes for him down but he looked amazing every time I see him.

I don't know about you, but I remember watching him in the Q and the first thing I noticed while watching him was how his hockey sense is great. Very crafty and intelligent hockey player.

I had an instant crush on him.

He is a longshot for the NHL because of his physical attributes but in term of hockey skills he is very very good IMHO.

It would be nice if JF Houle was to coach the Dogs next year.

He needs guidance. LL and other guys will teach him to watch out. Huge mother****ers trying to destroy you is part of the pro game. He will learn this.

Well not necessarily for me. At times, I found him too passive. Was not really an initiator of anything, yet when you are really invisible, and still continues to rack up the points, you do have to do something good. And what he was doing, like you said, was to often be at the right place at the right time. But frankly, I never wanted him drafted. Yet, now, that's another story. He wasn't drafted. So you then follow those guys progression and it's not because you didn't want to waste a pick, that you wouldn't want to try him later. Glad we did. Let's hope it continues.
