Very possible he's being shopped, IMO.

Big win for OKC tonight. Jumped up into 6 in a crowded table, 6 or 7 teams duking it out for the last 3 play off spots....

10 games left in their season I think, need to have a strong push to the finish line.

Who needs Ben Eager though, unless he's just a salary dump in a bigger deal?

Is Teubert hurt? Or is he just in Nelson's doghouse?

Hurt. Injured his ankle in the last game he played. Got cleared recently, possibly be back in this weekend.

Josh Green reaggrivated a rib injury that kept him sidelined early in the season. He's said to be out until the last weekend of the regular season at the earliest, which is a little over 2 weeks.

OKCBarons sign d-man Joey Leach to an ATO. Spent last five seasons with @WHLKootenayIce. http://t.co/MkR5a90r7G

Was once thought to be one of the Flames' better prospects, but went unsigned.

What do people who actually watch these games think of Rajala's chances to make his NHL debut this year or the next?

I like this signing, Leach isn't a spectacular player but he's good two ways, big guy with decent hands, was the Kootenay captain.

If he was getting his hits he would be ahead of guys like Petrell, Brown, Paajarvi and even Jones in depth.

The kid had his chance but blew it..

His back in OKC for more then just hitting. If he was getting points they would've cleared a spot for him on the big club

I don't think he is ever really going to be in a spot to put up points consistently. He needs to develop that consistent physical edge to his game. He needs to be able to be a 4th liner at the NHL level. That is going to require him to start being more effective physically.

He didn't blow his chance, he'll be up again. I see him as an every day player next year. He's already a competent 4th liner, with 3rd line upside IMHO.

He got sent to the minors because there was no space for him on the roster, and him and Paajarvi were the only two forwards who wouldn't have to go on waivers.

There's no doubt he will be back up.

We have been saying that for 2 yrs now.. It should be pretty clear to him what he needs to do to stay up.. Frustrates me to see him not grabbing the chances given..
When he was here... RNH and Yakupov were hitting more than him .. He needs to realize that the Oilers have plenty of skill and need someone to bring relentless forechecking to compliment the 'kids'..

The guy has been NHL ready for over 2 yrs now..

Harti can go on a 20 game point streak and the Oilers wont give a damn...
We have plenty of guys who can put those numbers in AHL.. We need someone who is big n nasty who can play in our top 9.. Harti needs to become that man..
He is not beating out Petrell or Brown for a spot no matter how many 2 pt games he has in AHL.

Fair enough.

I think him, Paajarvi and Horcoff would make a good 3rd line.

Another thing with Harti is that he doesnt kill penalties and isnt a regular on PP...
It is what separates guys like Smyth, Petrell, Jones, Belanger from Eager, Hordichuk and Hartikainen..
You kill penalties while playing in bottom 6... better chance you stay NHLers..

A 4th liner without special teams duties is only good for 6mins\night.

Hartikainen-Lander-Petrell would be a good 4th line to start the next season..
Brown being the extra..

Hopefully Harti has it in him to beat out other hopefulls.

I figured PP was his best bet for special teams time, but he wasn't very effective this year when he was playing PP.

Meh, we'll see what happens. I've always had high hopes for the guy, he's one of my favorite oilers prospects.

Healthy scratch, I think he's back from injury now..

OKC wins another big game, scoring the GWG with 15 seconds left in the third to beat Texas 3-2

Curtis Hamilton got one tonight.

Phillipe Cornet is PPG in his last 25 games. Seems to have the right attitude to continue to develop gradually despite an average skill-set.

Oilers may have themselves a decent bottom-sixer in a couple years in this guy. He may be able to pop in 10 goals a year playing with bigger players against the other team's third or fourth line.

Will they even re-sign him this off-season?

I don't see why not. He'd be an easy call up that could take a regular shift in the bottom six if need be, since he has another year left of waiver exemption.
