I'm gonna start out with some positivity and hopefully it turns Bryz's luck around: he's on a 4 game winning streak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need a big game in the Peg by Bryz like last game. If he struggles, the crowd will eat him alive.

Our beat writers are usually crap, but this article is interesting: Goalies save percentage under Hitchcock vs under all other coaches they had. (The exemption is this season).

Not surprising. Hitchcock runs a defense first, goalie friendly system.

As a Canucks fan, I hope you guys find a way to grab Luongo. Yes, I know, long contract and don't want to get burned twice but Luongo still has a lot of great hockey still left in him. Probably one of the great regular season goalies of all time and while inconsistent in the post season, he has also had some great series and took the Canucks to game 7 of the Cup. I have quite a few friends that are Flyers fans, so I follow your team a bit closer than other eastern teams.

Would love to see Lou in a Flyers jesrsey!

Then you should hope Vancouver buys him out so Philly can sign him as a free agent.

Wouldn't mind having him on the team but not with that contract. It's a horrible contract. There's a reason teams aren't willing to trade for him despite his solid play this season. If he were to get bought-out I would hope the Flyers would jump all over it but I'm not interested in trading for him with that contract.

I honestly wouldn't even mind that. I think he will be moved though. The value won't be what Canucks fans want but I firmly believe it's a moveable contract in the off season. This silly shortened season made a lot of teams gun shy in general.

I also don't believe the contract is as bad as people are making it out to be, but I believe Luongo has such a passion for the game that he will play at least until he's 40. At that point, any cap penalty is neglagable.

Belfour shouldn't be in that comparision because NHL in early 90's was much different. Goalie didn't start putting up big Sv Pct numbers until mid 90's/late 90's

They've been ripping him because of the goal he ducked on the other night and his subpar performances the last few games. The national media has been getting on the guy pretty hard this week.

Besides the duck, his effort on the first 3 goals was pretty "meh" and the 4th was horrific. Honestly though, he probably should've been pulled after the 3rd, the body language was telling.

I'm just glad there's some non-negadelphians calling out Bryz for his faults.

CBc showed Mason come to bench during tv timeout and Bryz never even akowledged him and was just yawning Said it was insane that a vet wouldn't even chat with young goalie. He's done folks, done. Jets fans were laughing all game about how much. Of a clown he is.

I couldn't even be mad there as it was so pathetic. Give Mason every game to end season.

The 4 th goal was worse effort to date. Pure comedy , didn't move. Went out for a cigar at 2nd int and everyone was laughing at how bad he was.

He completely mailed it in on the 4th goal. I don't know if that was his way of checking out for the season but I wouldn't be shocked with guy like him that has little mental makeup to put things behind him.

Anyway I still wouldn't put full blame on him for this game but that 4th goal and his reaction to it really pissed me off.

I moved my right arm to face palm during the fourth goal, which was more than Bryz moved on it
