One of the best games of Lundqvist's career. Last 10 minutes of the first and the third were terrible. Back to back on the road, happy with 3 points. Keep it going boys

so... That's 15 goals in 4 games. How awesome is that?

The God: Only one. The King!
The Good: Stepan, Nash, Zuccarello
The Bad: Seriously, Byron Boy the worst today. Stupid penalties but most icetime of all. Slots the EN goal so Torts will see that as a reason to give him more ice time against the Toronto Make Believes
The Redden: Great effort again from all Rangers. Brassard was impressive with limited ice time.

I just hate how the Rangers leaned on Hank in the 3rd. Would love if they could help him get a shutout just one time.

Two horse race between Lundqvist and Leetch. Leetch has the cup and conn smythe so you have to give it to him. However if Hank wins a cup he will dethrone Leetch. He'd probably win the Conn Smythe too if the Rangers ever win with him. Their game is so centered around him that he would have to win it for them to win a cup. If he wins a few more vezinas then he can probably be declared the best Ranger ever even without the cup. But if you want my honest to God opinion I think he'll get at least one cup, a smythe and another vezina or two when it's all said in done.

The folks on this board ought to bow down and give thanks that Brian Boyle loves being a New York Ranger.

We poured our hearts out in Pitt in what was like a playoff game. I'll take any kind of win the next day.

I think they ended on 48, unless there was an after game adjustment.

Hank was excellent.

Rangers constantly had problems tonight on their breakouts. Again, Rangers were forcing the play on the wall all too much. Torts needs to address that ASAP. If he does not, Rangers are going to get seriously burned in the playoffs.

Rangers were also a tad sluggish on moving the puck. But I can write that off as being a bit tired on the back to back...

Boyle, still NOT convincing me that he is a consistent contributor. I still view him as a serious weak link on the team. He has one great game and follows it up with a terrible one..
