Benching doesn't equal scratched. Foligno won't be scratched because well, we have no one else to play.

Could be read as Foligno.

But also could be read as "Philly Lieno."

Interesting.

No. No it couldn't.

You'd need this adjustment to do that:
"Philileanough", which is still wrong, 'cause his name isn't "Philly".

Seriously, leave it to the pro.

From the linked "Ott is sad" article:

“It was tough. Let’s be honest,” Ott said prior to the game against Ottawa in First Niagara Center. “What Jason has done for the Buffalo Sabres over the last 10 years or so is unbelievable. He’s a heckuva player. It’s not easy to replace a guy like that. It takes years to build a prospect into a Jason Pominville. It’s disheartening in the fact that our team obviously wasn’t playing up to where it needs to be.”

Pommers is/was a soft soldier. He didn't exactly carry the team on his back.

"Ott said he was hoping Regier would have added to the team because he hasn’t given up on the playoff race."

Ott wanted Darcy to be a buyer.

Ott doesn't understand longterm planning.

Fire Ott.

If you don't fire Ott, definitely do not make him general manager.

Come to think of it, don't make Darcy general manager either.

Oh, wait...

Ah yes, you're right.

How could I have possibly misread "Philleanough?"

Good point though Squantosawuss, you ARE a professional.
