Rank the Wild Defenseman

What do you guys rank the 3-8 defenseman? We all know Suter and Brodin are #1 and #2, but what about the rest? I cant believe Stoner is playing ahead of Gilbert.

The first reply is the most accurate reply. Agreed with all of it

Right now I'd put Spurgie over Gilbert since Gilbert has been pretty bad this year, everything else I agree on.

3. Spurgeon
4. Gilbert
5. Falk
6. Scandella
7. Prosser
8. Clark

**** Stoner.

But realistically, Stoner has probably been around the 5-6 range whole season apart from the last five or so games. I wonder if the eye injury is affecting his vision as of late.

Granted I haven't seen any Aeros games but apparently he's been underwhelming there.

He should once he finds his game back in HOU.

Didn't see it since he got back from his injury.

I really think he should be given a chance, if he proves it good, if not then back to houston. I think he deserves a few games

You guys really got to open your eyes.

For the amount of minutes he has played, Stoner has a very good year. Yes, he's has a stretch of 5-6 iffy games, and other than 1 bad pass in tonight's game, he played well.

He plays physical, clears the slot, plays on the PK, etc.

You guys just have to have scapegoat every year. Skoula, Barker, Zids

This year it's Stoner. Yet the guy is playing 19 minutes a game and is a plus two (+2) , with 8 points. With zero PP time.

Tom Gilbert on the other hand is a Negative 13 (-13) playing only 1 minute more per game and that includes PP time.

So you tell me, how is My ranking of Stoner above Gilbert wrong?

By the way ... CLARK is -4 in just 3 games already.

numbers can lie, especially +/-, depends on the guys you are playing against.

Look at the other facts/numbers. Stoner is the 4th best defensemen this year on the team. But no matter what he does, a group of you misdirected folks continue to focus your venom on him.

I have Stoner about dead last in the entire league, I can not believe Coach Yeo still plays this turd.

Iffy games? You must be dating his mom or something to say that.
