Wow. Those are terrible lists. So many things to pick apart that I won't even try.

Yeah that suck. I can't even understand why they put Havlat, Iginla, Tanguay, Hejduk so far away. I buy the Hockey News and Hockey Le Magazine and both of them suck

Take a picture, I saw Rivet's name on that list!!!

I also think Briere his too high, but none of us here can predict even the top 10 at the end of next season. Even without Dumont, Buffalo is loaded with good forwards: Vanek, Roy, Pominville, Drury, Afinogenov.... Brière will have success, but personnally, I expect a come back from Richards, Saint-Louis and LeCavalier.

I bought that magazine and noticed the trend they use to make their predictions.

They take each player's last season points per game and slightly change it by +/- by a small fraction (from 0.01 to 0.03). That means that they predict that Tuomo Ruutu with 75 games will get 28 points, in my opinion if Ruutu is injury free and plays 75 games he will at least get double the 28 points but they base their predictions on last season where he got 5 pts in 15 games (0.33 points per game) and slightly increase the points per game to 0.36. They don't take any other factor in : linemates, PP time, progression etc etc. They only factor last year's points per game.

Yeah that right, no way Andy Hilbert gonna get over 70 points. He's not gonna play with Crosby at Long Island. Same as Savard, no more 50pts on the PP delivery by Kovalchuk
