It's on the same level as the SKS, but does slightly more damage at range. I adopted it after the cq pack came out.

Yeah, I wasn't that impressed. We've seen it all before in 3. I want to see what new options are available in multiplayer before I bandwagon on

Game looked pretty damn good actully.

- The map was a lot more colorfull and less blue.
- The map was clean.
- Love how they destroyed a pillar so a tank went through the ground and into the garage
- Taking down buildings whenever you want.
- Seems like you can destroy alot of the environment to change the maps.

You can't do this. That was an objective on a map, and was designed to fall after it was capped. Tearing buildings completely to the ground is a technical challenge, but also makes for terrible gameplay. Anyone who played a long round of Bad Company 2 will tell you as much. Again, see above. You can destroy quite a bit on BF3 PC, but that doesn't always make for great gameplay. It wasn't explained in the context of being tactical or changing the approach to a given map. It was presented as a spectacle. I didn't see any deep thought involved with that. In fact, I've seen exactly zero genuine effort put into this game to distinguish it from 3. The commander mode is just a token gesture meant to decrease apathy. A good start, but they need to bring it whenever multipalyer is unveiled in-depth.

I was hoping to see something that wasn't iterative. It was. DICE, I am disappoint. Titan Fall actually looks like a 2142 spiritual successor, so there's that.

I loved blowing buildings up in BC2. Shrug.

Return of the commander mode... yes.

Past that, I'm ok with there not being a lot of features. At some point, the game gets relatively stacked and you have to make pushes for refinement rather than adding gimmicks. Polish the hell out of it, make it balanced, make it fun, disable cheese... win.

Yeah, did not thought that one through. Too much destruction can be bad gameplay. But it can also leads to more advance tactics and way of cotrolling the game, which is good becuse it means that teamplay is more important.
Great video which shows alot of stuff i missed.



- Recons will have C4.
- Spot bonus gives more points.
- Rifles can do damage to helicopters/Jets

Strongly disagreed with you on many things but BF3 knife backstabbing was stupid

The game isn't about knifing. Knifing was always an ancillary, minor part of the game.

I was watching something on my break the other day. Seemed like E3, but was for Xbox one only.

They did a preview for Battlefield 4 apparently. To me, it seemed like the new Call of Duty.

The building falls by taking out four pillars. Each one takes roughly 2-3 rpgs to destroy.

Seems a little easy to me.

Here's a list of confirmed things as of right now

For some reason the heli which was disabled repaired itself while being on fire, couldn't see a engineer repairing it.
Reason for levolution is not only to make it look better but also make the game more dynamic so games will be different each time you play.
Team and enemy tags are probably switched in spectator mode, The player walked past red icons but killed a blue guy. Probably uses the team the spectator is in so if the spectator is in the opposite team of the person they are spectating the team tags are still from the team they are in.(Fix that)
Sick wave when the building collapses
Map is dusty after the collapse of the skyscraper, low visibility
Commander adds a layer of value without taking it away from people who don't care about commander.

M26 mass is returning
Pistol customization is confirmed
Bugs:
In spectator mode for one of the teams the icons for teams aren't updated correctly making it look like people are shooting friendlies
Flares and missiles appear as the explosive icon in spectator mode.
Arms acting weird in the attack helicopter

Reloading also uses a Mag pool, rather than an ammo pool. Means you'll need to put more thought into when you reload.
