Oh. Holy ****.

That's....something. It sure is.
I've had Antichrist on my instant queue for over a year and I can't bring myself to watch it. I've heard you need to take a shower once it's over.

But yeah, check out Snowtown. Really disturbing and unsettling through pretty much the whole movie. And it's TRUE.

it's been such a long winter in Winnipeg, we're just now getting to above freezing temperatures, and so much snow left to go, I can hear some random morning bird singing right now, I just want to go camping and drink

I miss this kind of weather. So happy it's getting warmer out.

QFT, but this isn't bad. Yet, 5 degrees more and I'm looking for every excuse in the book to get the AC turned on.

North Korea is going to send the world into WWIII. They are prepping over there, and everyone thinks it's just a show. They "test" launch some missiles soon too, and we have to establish if they are practice or headed over land because the won't issue a warning.

Any war with North Korea would hardly be a world war as much as it would be us demolishing them.

I disagree with this x1000. I'll take the hot weather over the cold any day.

World war 3?

Everybody, even china, has condemned them for what they are doing. If they try anything, they will be flattened. We have a ton of anti-missile defense systems over there

What's the difference between North Korea and the MLB All-Star Game?

The MLB All-Star Game will still be here this summer.

On a more serious note, all of my suits I own are the same brand (Alfani Red) and the same size. I decided to get a different brand this week and picked up a Tommy Hilfiger online rather than in the store, the same size thinking this would be ok. Now, the jacket fits perfectly and the same as the Alfani jackets. But the pants are ridiculously small. I know nothing of clothes, but aren't the measurements/sizes for pants based on inches? So if the waist is 34 then shouldn't the waist be 34 inches? If the waist is 30 inches shouldn't the waist be 30 inches? If the length is 32 inches shouldn't the pants be 32 inches long? How could two pairs of pants the same size be two different sizes??? This is driving me insane!

Yes. Bring it to my house. I need about 1600 sq ft of topsoil (even crappy topsoil) to lay some sod. PM if you seriously need a place to ditch it.

I don't think anyone is crazy enough to start a traditional gov't on gov't war with the US. It's not like the war on terror which really can't end till you kill all the terrorists.

Which never really works. All killing terrorists does is create more terrorists.

They're based on the inches, but some brands make their pants actually 34" around, whereas others make their 34's fit "comfortably" so they may actually be 35.5" or something, or they could have elastic in them that makes them stretch out a bit past 34"

They just try to make you feel good about yourself lol. Though I didn't think suits were made like this.

They released the lineup for the Made in America festival for this year yesterday

Eh festival

Seems like they are trying to capture the black demographic with the rap/hip hop and the white demographic with the electronic music

Anyone know anything about HVAC stuff? Power went out last night while I was in the shower a couple times. Woke up this morning no hot water. Error code on my boiler means:

Quote:
Standby: Either TT Open or TT Closed and Boiler Temperature within Setpoint & Differential with circulator running.
I know nothing about this crap but this boiler is just out of one-year warranty and I really don't want to pay someone to come out and fix something that probably just needs a switch to be flipped. Its a Burnham ES2 boiler and a standby Burnham Alliance hot water heater. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Damnit, nevermind. That status thing means nothing. It changes when the boiler is not on etc. Anyway, update for anyone out there with HVAC knowledge...I turn the heat on in my house and it fires up. Gives the proper status codes (waiting for damper to open, running, waiting for damper to close, etc). House heats up, but I can't tell if it is to normal heat because it really isn't that cold in my house so it may not be getting as warm as normal. Still no hot water. (Also the water heater I have is a standby heater...gets its heat only from the furnace, no independent heat source for the water heater...if the furnace goes out, the water heater goes out).

Don't have the full story yet as it seems to just have happened, but it looks like two bombs were detonated at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. People are seriously injured according to one report.
