I heard somewhere that until the playoffs, the Bruins will be on NESN Plus for the rest of the year when both teams are playing at the same time...even for the Pittsburgh game on the 19th when the KC Royals are at Fenway.

With McQuaid back, I wonder if Hamilton goes back with Seidenberg and Boychuk is back with Chara or do they go with:

Chara - Hamilton
Seidenberg - Boychuk
Ference - McQuaid

Johnson, Bartkowski and Redden all healthy scratches

I also wonder if Pandolfo will get the nod over Daugavins tonight due to it being on short notice and knowing Julien's "comfort" level with Jay.

Can't break up Seidenberg and Ference. Those two have each played their best hockey of the season together.

would tend to think so, but also hope not.

Need to get Redden into a game or two soon as well. I'd like to see Ference get a rest tonight

Hasn't Bartkowski been paired with Seidenberg (on the right) lately?

Ok, just looked it up. Bartkowski and Seidenberg were paired for approximately 21% of the game yesterday which was the most of any Bruins pairing. However, over the last 10 games Ference and Seidenberg were paired for ~18%; while Bart/Seids were at ~10%.

Very, very good news. If he went from working out to skating in 2 days, hopefully there's no more symptoms. We'll still give him even more time than he needs, we need him back at 100%.

The graphic at the top of the thread still has Brad in the lineup. Is he for sure in? Out? Game time decision? I haven't been able to learn much about his condition...

It's amazing how a season can change a team so drastically. People are actually nervous about playing the Isles again! Whodathunkit?

LET'S GO BRUINS!!!

I am expecting a loss, so anything better than that is a bonus.

2/3 of our best line is out with the other player playing on the 3rd line. Our first line will probably shut down themselves. Guess we are gonna count on paille and Campbell didn't realize this was our 5th game in 7 days. Hopefully the Krejci line is finally split up.

ah not sure how I feel about Campbell centering our second line.... then again he put the puck in the net twice yesterday, so I guess what more can you ask for...?

Peverley is too good to center those two. Therefore we can either have Daugavins center the 4th line with extremely limited ice time or we can move Campbell back to the 4th line and have Peverley center Paille and Daugavins.

Although we know Claude will ruin this all by continuing to trot out the horrible "1st line" and by playing Pandolfo over Daugavins.

Right, I think I'd prefer Peverley and Campbell centering.

And yess, we can count on coach for putting pandolfo in...

I have a hard time seeing Clode playing Jaromir at left wing, even though, like Nathan, he ends up on the left side often enough and seems to make some of his best plays from there. I just don't see the lines shaking up that way.

Then again, contrary to innernet rumours, I have been wrong before...

...and I'm still waiting on my beautiful Jaromir breakaway goal...

That seems to be the biggest problem. Claude's refusal to try anything new.

Less to do with Claude and more to do with Jagr. I'm pretty sure he's more comfortable on the right side.

Somehow we are in first place in the best division in the conference. We are second in the conference with a game in hand on the leaders. We have the best goalie tandem in the NHL. We have been getting points with our best player out and injuries to our defensemen. Despite all the hand-wringing and doomsaying here the Bs are not exactly doing too bad. Hopefully we will get two more tonight.

Doesn't the 7th rounder become a 6th if he plays 1 game? Not that it should matter...
