Can't wait to see how Subban does as a pro whether it's in the ECHL or AHL next season.

Trade the OHL one in a package deal to get Yandle.

Should be back in OHL next year. Why rush him? He has some unfinished biz in the WJCs.

He can't play WJC's again he will be too old.

there is a slight chance he would return to the OHL, but it seems unlikely now. I think they would send him to the OHL, before they would send him to ECHL. But assuming Svedberg takes the NHL job, then Subban goes to Providence, and probably plays about 50% of the games.

if somehow Svedberg stayed in Providence (highly unlikely), or I guess the outside shot that Lars Volden came over, then I guess there would be a chance that there wouldn't be enough playing time at Providence to make it worthwhile for Subban

One side of the OHL bracket is Camara vs. Subban so there is a 50/50 shot we see one of them in the mem cup plus Seth Griffith is up 3 games to 1 on the other side with the Knights so 3/4 final teams will have a Bruins prospect pretty good huh!

Subban is a keeper Seguin, Dougie, Subzero pretty good three first round picks.

Kind of reminds me of Hamilton vs Knight last year for the OHL title

Pretty comfortable saying that Alan is referring more to the offensive side of Griffith than his skating being as strong as Skinner`s

Yandle from what I get would have a dream come true; Khokhlachev as a winger may be scratched (going tonight but have seen him and he looks misplaced at wing); kid is loaded with talent but zero chance he will ever play center for Claude unless there are three or so injuries at center. He is very raw but very skilled- to take on Yandle you would need to probably move a defenseman but maybe not. The Bruins can probably get by if they somehow get Soderberg out and implement Spooner, Knight and Cunningham, Bartkowski and others in to top 20.

They get bounced early yes, watch for Yandle

Andrew--I don't bother to respond to posters who make silly statements like "player X skates 100 times better than player Y". Not worth my time.

Been doing some prospect coverage and a couple Bruins prospects came up. Thought you guys may want to check it out. Really like your prospect pool on D. Had Rob O'Gara as one of my top 5 players to watch in the National Championship tonight.

http://hockeyphenoms.blogspot.com/20...-national.html

Also had Torey Krug as one of the top 5 undersized prospects in hockey. Really like Grzelcyk there too, but he just missed the cut.

I think Krug had 2 assists in his lone callup this season. On the other hand he seemed a bit overwhelmed in his own zone.

Didn't look too shabby in his few appearances last season though, very heady which I think sets him apart from our past undersized D prospects.

Is Griffith like that kid from the Q that was in the Bs organization a couple of years ago? Put up crazy "Mario Lemieux" like numbers in the Q, but he couldn't skate and didn't go much further. Forget his name.

I think you have your Lemieux's mixed up. Riendeau put up 58 goals 126 points as an overager in his 5'th year in the league, which are Claude Lemieux numbers. Mario Lemieux put up 133 goals and 280 points in his draft-eligible year.

Thanks Dave. Sorry for exaggerating his 2pts/gm.

so who do we root for in the ohl series Bulls vs. Colts. Or Camara vs. Subban. My thinking is there's more value in Subban going further.

Bulls for sure still a chance Camara can get into a game for Providence or atleast practice with them, Subbans not getting any action in the A this year.

He broke some of Mario's playoff scoring records

Sorry i dont want to be rude.My apologie, bad choice of word of my part.I should have explain myself in a better way.I just believe that they are not similar players and that they do not generate offence the same way.Again my apologie sir.

Thanks--that's clear to me now.

I posted about Griffith with the hope that he might produce offense like Skinner, not that he is same type of player.

Subban's Belleville Bulls win again 3-2 against Camara's Barrie Colts. He continues his stellar play post season...
