CBJ fans seem to want blood this game. Did we do something overly dirty last game, or injure somebody? I was at the game and drinking it up pretty good so I may have missed something, or maybe I'm just forgetting something obvious?

I suggested to Pang on Twitter that he keep the Bong/Stoner streak going tonight and to look for someone smoking Boll in a corner.

Hey we beat Detroit for you on Sunday and sent them into a tailspin. Unfortunately for you we are an equal opportunity playoff dream destroyer.

I am however rooting for CLB to go on a run and make the playoffs starting saturday in Minny (whom we recently destroyed, your welcome)

#10. Two game streak of GDTs with jokes about "recreational activity."

Another streak: I've been betting all of my vCash on the Blues each game starting with 50 against Minnesota on the 1st. Now I'm up to like 40,000. I'm kind of feeling a loss tonight, so I don't know if I'll do it. But if I don't do it, and they lose...

I agree, a home game would be best so Hitch could control the matchups a little bit more.

I'll be good with an OT win. I want to help Columbus get by Detroit, but not at the expense of the Blues.

Columbus is a nice story, but I want a team that can actually challenge Chicago in round 1.

Yep, but they have plowed through Detroit. A LA collapse or Minnesota would be ideal, but I don't see anyone upsetting Chicago in the 1st round.

Believe it or not, the CBJ (while they still lost all four game) have hung with Chicago quite well this year. All 4 games were decided by 1 goal, IIRC the last two ended up in overtime and then a shootout.

This will be one of the most entertaining games of the season IMO

I think the main thing is that the Blues embarrassed the CBJ in the most recent game coupled with the fact that Boll and Dorsett were both out and the CBJ didn't seem to have any cajones during that last game.

Yeah, I have more confidence in Columbus threatening Chicago than Detroit, if it comes to that.

I agree with this, CBJ is a different team this year...and so it Detroit. I am inclined to think the Blue Jackets would have a better chance at taking on the Hawks and having success.

I think a system team like Phoenix would be the scariest 8th seed draw if I was a Hawks fan.

They seemed more scared of Edmonton from what I was reading.

Honestly, I think the Blues are the one team in the West that could actually do it....

Edmonton has regular season success against them but the Oilers would get destroyed by anyone in a playoff series. They won't even make it because they aren't good.

I don't really see any other West team having much of a chance.

That said, I don't see the matchup happening.

This will be a tough game tonight. Tired Blues team vs. a team that is calling this game a must win. I'll be happy with a point for sure.

I remember being mocked a bit in the off-season for saying the Blues would be in this position.

We aren't going to play them in the 1st. We will upset them in the 2nd or 3rd round.

Well another streak is that I haven't watched a game since the streak started because I've been working. And I have to work again tonight.
