Did SK just have a breakaway and then stop, wait for stars to catch up, then pass the puck? I missed it but that's what Cooper said on twitter.

If we lose the rest of our games. We could seriously have a top 3 pick without winning the lottery

Death for Seth

Drowning for Drouin

Not winnin for Mackinnon

Heck, if we can just get in the top 5 I am happy, this team sucks from top down. We have a good young core, awful top two lines, and a young, paper thin blue line with a gentle giant.

Every goal gets us closer to a game changer.

Yeah, except the teams behind us will have to start winning.

15 shots in two periods, legs with 0, SK 0, Smith 0... While Beck and Horny have 6 combined.

Strip Weber of the C and give it to Hornqvist.

As long as it's not Jones. I don't want a D-man out of a top pick at this point.

Agreed. I know we need some defense shored up but offense is what this team needs more than anything. Hopefully a good forward to go with Forsberg.

Especially since they have a #1 in Weber. I'd rather have a #1 forward and a #1 defenseman than 2 #1 defensemen.

Attendance tonight listed at 16,818. Kinda surprised, looked like a sellout to me

No emotion from most of the team ... Mason with a bad start and the last couple of goals were pucks he needs to stop (the first 3 were debatable how much was him and how much was him getting hung out to dry) ... only Beck showed up for 3 periods of play. Hard to watch.

The Cedar Park Dallas Stars are showing some of their organizational depth right now. Chaisson and Frasier looked good in the AHL ... so did Dillon and Larsson on the blue line ... Vincour (traded at the deadline) ... their recent years of poor play are starting to pay off , maybe ... that said, I don't want the Preds to mirror their recent years of suck.

So it wasn't until 2 minutes left in the game where Weber started throwing his weight around. Where was it the first 58 minutes. Pathetic. I was rooting for the Stars at one point because it was fun and that's what this should be right? Oh well, on to Detroit and Vancouver. These next two could be interesting. And why did Trotz not put Clune out there against Fiddler. I wanted to see Clune mop the floor with Fiddler. I really did. Guess we'll have to wait til next year.
