Division Champs at St. Louis

The Blues will be hungry for points. Bolland is traveling. 11:30 start due to it being an NBC broadcast.

Blues are supposed to wear their road/white uni's tomorrow because they will be signing their jerseys and giving them away at some charity event. So a rare road game where the Hawks will wear their home/red uni's. Awesome.

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I hate it when we wear white at home on those rare occasions.

Do you remember when whites were our home jerseys?

That will change again in a few years when the NHL wants to boost merchandise sales. They switch home and road jerseys every decade or so.

You sure? It's been a long time since whites were the home jerseys.
All good either way but I do like the reds the best!

I just don't get why the NHL doesn't follow a few of the junior league examples and flip midway through the season what they wear at home. Colors for one half, whites for the other half. Win-win.

I'd just time it around the years themselves. So every game in 2013, this season, this postseason, next offseason, and the portion of next season in 2013, and then flip for all of 2014. And repeat.

I'm of the opinion you wear your colors all the time unless they clash with the home team's. Blues should be in Blue and we should be in Red. There's no reason not too.

This.

It shouldn't be home and away, it should be primary and clash.

I like that idea, too. Hawks in red and Blues in blue is a visually stimulating on the tube.

Tomorrow's game will be a pre-test, if you will, for how Hawks will handle the physical play of the PO's. Blues need the win. Rest assured they will be playing like it.

White will NOT be going back to being the home set. The teams like having dark at home because a majority of alternates are dark.

Count me in on the soccer style main/change thing. And bring back the blacks for use against red/orange teams.

Actually, I think the Blues fans would prefer a loss to avoid a matchup with the Kings in first round.

They're only 3 points ahead of the 9th place team. They aren't in the position to hope for match-ups...they need wins and to lock themselves in to the playoffs.

@ChrisKuc: Hearing Patrick Sharp will not play for #Blackhawks today vs. Blues.

Sharp is beginning to be more fragile than Hossa.

Let's hope it's just precautionary. With the playoffs coming up, they need to keep these guys healthy.
