You have to go back to Feb 19th against the Blues for a road ROW. Sharks need to find a way to consistently win on the road if they don't want to be first round and out (assuming they make the playoffs).
A good number of those are OT/SO wins or losses, which don't happen in the playoffs.
Sharks have not won a game in OT, home or road. They only have SO wins. The numbers don't suggest advancing to the 2nd round.
The numbers don't suggest them succeeding on the road in the playoffs. However, they've done remarkably well at home. They will have a tough go of it but it's certainly plausible for them to be one of those teams that just needs to steal one on the road and hold to their home play to advance. They weren't much better on the road last year, if at all, and managed to steal one in St. Louis against a team they had no business winning any games against.
This team as it is now is also different. They just need a little more of a push to start these games and I think they'll have a different showing. They're closer to overturning that road struggle now than ever before this season.
