world class, no? had a great season during 04-05 lockout in russia and sens fans overhyped him.

Ottawa media hyped him up huge. Said he was going to step in as the 2nd line centre as a rookie. He looked lost in the few games he played and went back to Russia. He wasn't ready to play in the NHL when he came over. Needed time in the AHL and that wasn't going to happen.

Good thing the media hyped him up, cause it fetched Ottawa a good rental in Comrie, his second stint not so much though.

Not true at all... Not to mention, the hype for Kaigorodov was almost none existent from Sens fans until Murray said he would be our 2nd line center immediately. Then there was a summer of high expectations, fuelled entirely by Murrays statement. Also, most Sens fans still think Rundblad will be a great NHLer. His puck skills are amongst the best in the league.
