Will Collberg play tonight? If not, when is he expected to?

I'm all for Tinordi protecting teammates, but that 3rd man in is some stupid stuff.

Derek Wills @dogsplaybyplay
After signing PTO earlier today, @CanadiensMTL prospect Sebastian Collberg is scheduled to make his @TheAHL & @BulldogsAHL debut on Friday.

Collberg will make his debut against St. John's. I'm pretty excited to see him play!

I'm still shocked that Tenute didn't get suspended. It was a dirty and completely unnecessary hit. Hishon is such a talented player, and he looked very good in the two games that I've seen him play since his return.

Is there any timetable for Hishon's return?

Not that great of a start for Gervais-Chouinard...already 2-0 and I'm not even sure the anthem singer has finished singing....

Shots are 15-3 for OKC.

Way to support the rookie.

Well if everything goes right, he signs up and won't be in the Avalanche system

How has Kristo been?

I see he has 3 assists in 5 games. Not bad?

3 losses in 3 games during this week-end ?
I learn my lesson this time, I was so excited in the beginning of the year, with the coming of Holland, Bournival, Quailer, Gallagher, Beaulieu, Tinordi, etc. And I thought we will have a good season.

Now, with Hudon, Kristo, Vail, Collberg, bof..... I don't make the same mistake again.

You need vets to help the team win. You can't expect a bunch of players in their 1st year to do well against teams icing an average age of 27 and having years and years of AHL/NHL/Europe experience.

Exactly ..

I was laughing at the beginning of the year with people that thought we we're deep playoff bound with that team.

We have one of the youngest AHL squads, our D core is young as f ... and Desjardins shat the bed early on.

I'm not too keen on Lefevbre but still, His squad was young, and the only vets he had we're Hagel and Stortini .. so you have to play them ..

What is the coaching situation like in Hamilton moving forward? I'd love to see the team pick up Chuck Weber as HC if they fire this guy.

Went to the game tonight. Bournival hobbled off after the rest of the bench after the 2nd period... didn't see him at all in the 3rd. Also, Stortini tried to fight Eager a number of times, but Eager declined everytime. Whole crowd boo'd him lol.

I really doubt bergevin fires lefebvre. He put a lot of emphasis on having a team dynamic, just can't see him dismissing someone so soon.

After 6 games, Hudon has 17 shots, Kristo has 4 shots. Both goal scorers whose job it is to get the puck to the net. Unfortunately I haven't seen any of these games. Is Hudon doing the job that much better than Kristo, or are the numbers misleading?

so I took up a Groupon offer for today's game and traveled from Toronto...a mistake if not for the chance to at least see how some of our important prospects are playing.

such a horrid game from Hamilton, one of the worst I've seen to be honest. they had a powerplay at one point that barely managed to gain the offensive zone.

Kristo has the tools but seemed pretty frustrated all game long.

Tinordi on the other hand is very composed and is an impressive skater for a man of his size.

Hudon was pretty good, very quick skater but very light on his skates, got knocked off the puck very easily, might be intriguing once he adds muscle.

Holland was also one of the few bright spots.

Pateryn and Stejskal were surprisingly solid.

I think Louis Leblanc might be a complete bust. A sports psychologist would do wonders for him.

Chouinard was absolutely atrocious in net.

fin.

No timetable and no news on Joey. Many fear this will mark the end of his career at the pro level. Which is a damn shame because he seemed like a really nice kid and on top of that he was extremely talented.

Should the Habs get Stortini to play on our 4th line instead of Moen ?
