Mike Kitchen never played for the Habs.
Possibly you mean Bill Kitchen?
Bill had a cup of coffee in the pros a few decades ago.

Patrick Traverse has to be the one...

Laflamme is another terrible, terrible defenseman we had recently... Or was that LaChance I was thinking of?

I agree, J-C Bergeron was just as bad, but Red Light caught on because of the cool nickname.

I was confused.
It was a goon. I forget his name. He was generally brought up from the minors by Serge to stir it up.
Brubaker was no figure skater either

Lind, Whitall, and Richter. Only had to watch them a few times, fortunately, since i lived out of the country at the time.

Mark Pederson/Eric Chouinard (I'm convinced they're one and the same, they played just as bad) deserves an honourable mention.

They were clones of Terry Ryan and Graeme Bonar but not as tough as Ryan.

Normand Baron - he was a boxer who was brought up to be a tough guy in the 80's, but the problem was he was such a poor skater and had such terrible balance, his skills with the fisticuffs were rendered null and void.

Here are his career stats:
