He's got lots of potential, but he certainly is not an over aggressive player apart from big hits (which have decreased in number at the year wore on) by any means. Plus he's also quite the enigma, and doesn't even appear to try some nights.

Quite possibly, but I probably added something if they don't play strong afterwards.

I hope you're still posting misinformed information. You're really good at that.

WOW.. this game is getting ********.. i swear as soon as we clinched a play off spot everything that made us a top 3-4 team this year came to a crashing hault.. price has been pretty shakey but he would not have let in as many if the team in front of him played some defence and cleared some pucks and not turned the puck over right in front of the net... or hey how about not letting the flyers have soo many damn break aways.. we got 3 maybe 4 players who remember how to play right now.. i hope there is some insane plan at work here.. if not .. ughh.. i dont wanna thing about if not... come on boys stop this insanity!

GO HABS GO!

Whatever, no point crying over spilt milk.
We shouldn't have to score 4+ goals to win regularly. We aren't the Flyers, and the Flyers and Pens both crashed in the playoffs when they tried to play that high flying, no D ****. Jagr or Clowe would have been useless when teams break through the pylons that call themselves our D and Price gives up rebounds like this.

That too. The Desharnais and Bouillon signings were him just trying to be cute. No fkin reason to give them an extension before season end.

Man I like Bergevin, I really do, we cant complain with the season we had but wtf? Our defense is so fkin pathetic.

I think, given how bad he's playing every game, I'm gonna chalk this loss up on Gionta's leadership.

Well it is not bad if the plan do work. Something we don't know right now....but we might keep the thread for future use and in the 3-5 years then talk about how the plan went. Honestly, if I tell you now, that we're not going to be great this year...and be cup contender for the next 5-10 years with 1 cup or 2....pretty sure you wouldn't mind sucking right now. Yet, I know, even Bergevin doesn't know. But it doesn't mean to throw everything in one basket and then suck for the following years though.

Somehow, Bergevin's imprint is not fully in this team. He has not even ended his 1st year. We have no idea which D's were offered and what was asked.

Was it a good idea to throw away 2 of our 2nd rounders for Regehr? Or a 1st and something else for Bouwmeester? Or a 2nd and a 5th for Leopold? Should we have been interested in O'Byrne? I guess. But there was no obvious moves that wasn't too costly.

I wanted a D-man more than anything but the Bouillon extension basically telegraphed Bergevin's intentions. I wanted Clowe as well but not nearly as much as I wanted a good d-man.

Rookie GM mistake, it's not the end of the world and we didn't lose anything irreplaceable but he better trade Desharnais when the time comes.

hahahaha gionta is so ****ING useless and predictable. I dont even watch when I see him coming up in the offensive zone because I know he will make the same dumbass play he always make.

How do ppl still defend this midget ? Leadership veteran, good in the locker room blablabla... well guess what he ****ing sucks on the ice. Same for Gorges. I dont give a **** about players who spout fancy words in interviews but ****ing sucks on the ice.

GIMME MORE players like Gallagher and Subban and less trash like DD, Gio, Moen, Gorges.
