Totally resurrecting a thread because my summer league starts up on Thursday.
For me, I have 1 playlist on shuffle that I listen to for about an hour before leaving, and then while I'm driving to the rink.
At the rink, I put my gear on in the same order every time, not so much right to left stuff, but like jock-shin pads-socks-etc.
Going onto the ice, if nobody else is out there yet I never go first, ever.
On the ice, I put my bottle on my bench, and then starting at the red line on the bench side I skate as hard as I can along the boards on my side of center, then skate back, then skate along the red line back and forth a couple times, then do some stretches, then wing it until game starts.
