No Aleksi Saarela for Finland. Still recovering from a wrist injury (hasn't been able to practice, can't shoot) and also picked up 39 C fewer on Tuesday so he was left home.

you know that he is seriously injured, right? Why do you judge him after reading news in slovak tabloids or website of hockey federation (btw, not far from tabloid)?

well, all russian games will be shown on Rossiya 2 and hence there will be a bunch of streams for each game.

First line will probably be Ikonen - Mustonen - Lehkonen which is pretty good line. I'm puzzled why Mikko Rantanen was not included?

The coaching went with players they have used all season. Kähkönen, Pulli, Tanus, Lehkonen and Ikonen only played in a one U18 tournament this season, but the others were practically permanent fixtures for the team. The coaches know what each player brings to the table and know that they can execute the game plan.

Rantanen probably wouldn't have made the team any worse, but on the other hand he probably wouldn't have made it any better either. He has played in SM-liiga, but wasn't really a high impact player in Jr.A.
