I'm predicting your team to make it to the cup finals this year against the New York Rangers. I just have a feeling. I envy the way your team is built and Hitchcock is a fantastic coach. Very well built playoff team.

Oshie is as important to this teams offense as anyone. Pretty huge loss for the rest of the year. Hopefully Jaskin pans out everyone else seems like they're running on empty(well other than the 4th line and Sobotka).

The prediction of the Blues and NYR in the SCF I had at the beginning of the season. I actually really like your team and I like when the Nucks play them. I just thought you guys could take a joke and I'm not trying to "Over the top" apologize, I'm just being honest.

You have 20 posts. You're treading in deep water with a bunch of sharks on this site. Every word and action needs to be considered, as it's very easy to be misunderstood through strictly text.

There was a mistake made. The poster admitted as much and removed the offending material voluntarily. Let's get back to talking about the game, or at least the other usual stuff that fills up our GDTs before the game starts.

Garrison has been every bit the player I coveted last year and more. Really a shame he only wanted to go to Vancouver. Bouwmeester has had a couple nice games (according to others) as well as some poor ones but Garrison >> Bouwmeester and would've been cheaper.

He's been our best d-man this year. Absolute steal of a pickup.

@lkorac10 The Blues have announced that T.J. Oshie underwent successful left ankle surgery today. He's out week to week. #stlblues

How's Steen been with you guys this year? Always afraid to face him. Such a Canuck killer.

Was that the same ankle he had broken before?

I'm interested to see who sits for Jaskin not like there's anybody you can't take out because they're producing so well…

Yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean the two are related events.

Hitchcock probably waiting til Vancouver submits its lineup card before deciding who sits for Jaskin.

With Oshie out, Andy McDonald can't be bad. He's at least got to come alive in the postseason.

I am hoping we just talk about the game, but that is extremely doubtful.

We really need to pull at least a point out of this game... Or else you guys will find me at the hospital going into cardiac arrest the last week of hockey (which will probably happen anyway)

Respect your opinion but I'm just wondering who you have beating CHI in a 7 game series.

After the last two days outside of hockey, a third loss in a row would funnel some of that other emotion into some deeply surly places on this board (prediction). While hoping not, a win would make for a very pleasant and welcome temporary distraction.

Eh, subtle fractures often aren't visible on routine imaging until they start to form a callus (start to heal) a couple weeks later. Easy to miss, especially if this is fairly small. Hopefully he doesn't lose much conditioning wise and is able to return during the playoffs.

@jprutherford Jaskin just got hazed. First one on the ice and Elliott waited a while before following him out. #stlblues
