I still think Couts looks off... He doesn't have the same powerful strides he had last season. No closing speed or breakaway speed

They were half right. You can hear the fans cheering when Giroux's follow-through kills Santa Claus.

Wish this season were 5 games longer, Giroux would be a real good bet for top 5 in points then. He's closing in like gangbusters.

Really strange. Mason as #1 I get and Kimmo played well. So now winning a fight gets you a star. Get a grip Lisa you are not in DC anymore.

We really need to resurrect this:

You lost to an AHL defense and the Columbus back-up!

Giroux had 2 assists but was impressive with the faceoffs. I didn't see the final total but that should have been a consideration. One of the d-men other than Timonen, too, but life of a d-man. Little glory. Just ask Brad Marsh.

He's not a burner, but he falls behind on the rush, can't get back in the defensive zone. He skates IMO like a player who is hurt

Luke has been logging monster minutes. Good for his development. The mentorship of Kinmo and Pronger have done wonders for Luke and his confidence.

Timonen and Mason both had cramping issues.

It sounds like a guy and a kid were screaming "get up you expletive". I guess that equals an entire fan base to some.

Tampa just ****ing tanked the SO. Panik shot 2nd, 1st ever attempt. No Stamkos or St Louis in shootout. Wow.

Bryz probably just woke up or came back to reality after spacing out about the universe.

Did you hear the people in the crowd in that clip?
"Get up *****!"
"Get up ya baby!"

Man that's a tough crowd in Philly.

Too funny...
