Richards showing emotion and people still say he doesn't care.

No winning on ice or this board.

Can add another blunder to the list when he inevitably re-signs Clowe.

We can't trust Kreider and somehow we put our faith in Richards? No wonder the team plays flat. The players know.

To be fair, Richards did show at least something today. His shot did go off the crossbar.

What the **** has Cally or Nash done? As a matter of fact, our captain should be doing what Richards is doing, but he's probably doing his vanilla interview and trying to spin a positive twist on this game to the media.

100% GUARANTEE you guys would be ripping on him if there were reports that he didn't look distraught/flustered.

But, yeah, what a 'little *****' Richards is for being disappointed after a loss.

Yea I just don't see how he acts like a captain except for maybe 1 or 2 games this year where he tried to jumpstart the team with his play. He's been so bad offensively lately. I wonder if the other plays look up to him at all. I could see maybe some of the younger homegrown guys but it just doesn't seem like he is a captain other than the letter he wears.

Sorry, I can't think of one of this year's Giants' stars who disappointed, to put it charitably, like BR.

Really think the system stifles the skill the team does have.

There's no reason Del Zotto should not be a 12 goal 30 assist player. Girardi 6-10 goals, 20-25 assists, McDonagh about the same, Staal similar, even Stralman could put up some decent numbers. This system is killing the defensemen.
i agree. What you state is not at all overly ambitious. Contributions along those lines should be expected, otherwise what's the point? If slow, stuttering and non-threatening from the defense through the forwards is all this is needed, just go find some more low-end Hamrliks and be done with it. Many players should be doing much more to contribute to goals.
Goals win games.

i don't think anyone is criticizing his emotion. His play is the problem. He could be sad all he wants, he gets paid to be a first line center.

I'm sure Brad cares. I don't doubt that one bit. But now do something about it. He looks absolutely defeated. Not like someone who is saying "**** this, I'm going all out on this thing till I drop". More like someone who is saying "poor me, nothing is going right!"

Kreider couldn't single handedly score and guide the Rangers to the Cup last year....only th ECF. Beaver was Conn Smythe for Torts in 04'.......Torts will 4ever be indebted to #19 #91

No it didn't. Gaborik was traded to address depth issues, save cap space, and get rid of a player that was a shell of his former self.

Coach Messier sounds good to me
I bet Coach Gretzky sounded unreal to Phoenix.

A great hockey player does not make a great coach. Not to say Messier would undoubtedly be a bad coach and honestly I'd be willing to try anything..Why not Messier as coach and Leetch as assistant?

Please **** the Panthers. It's what Rangers fans want AND what Panthers fans want.

And I don't mean dominate and win 1-0. I don't mean get lucky bounces and Lundqvist to win 6-0 with a bad game.

I MEAN TO ****ING DESTROY THEM, WINNING BY At LEAST 5 GOALS!!!
