I know I'm about a week late to the party but I just accidentally stumbled upon this Hall gif...

... due to this thread on main boards http://hfboards.hockeysfuture.com/sh....php?t=1401013 . I bring it up because it's fascinating to me how quite a lot of Oilers fans ran through the thread not only defending Hall, but in front of all calling this embelishment on Michalek's side. I mean, seriously - is this what happens to a proud fanbase after years of losing..?

Yeah I don't see how anyone can defend that.

He actually stops himself for a moment. He hesitates. Then pulls back. Then chop.

Someone just told me that the Devils are faltering because Elias and Zajac are getting too old.

WAT

His contract will haunt them for a while. Lou's lost his touch.

New Jersey fans loved the Zajac contract when it was announced. Lou wasn't the only one who may have misread Zajac's value.

They are faltering b/c it's a good draft

But seriously, I'm really annoyed that they are tanking so badly. It just doesn't seem normal for a Devil's team. I'm going to be really p'ode if they get a better prospect than the Flyers...

I didn't. Zajac is by far the worst 1st line center in the Atlantic.

Gotta root for Boston tonight.

Pretty awesome with the whole crowd singing the national anthem.

Miller has been keeping the Sabres in the game. He's been standing on his head.

Would be nice if Buffalo could at least steal a loser point here. I'm worried about passing them in the standings and finishing 9th or 10th in the conference.

Boston has dominated this game, but the Sabres easily could have won. Weird.

EDIT: And they do! Smash-and-grab victory, to use a soccer term.

Really nice touch at the end by both teams to salute the crowd. This sport is the best in the world.
