AP is reporting that an arrest is imminent re: the marathon bombing, which in police speak means it's probably already happened.

CNN says it's done.

Newman and Kramer convince Jerry that postage will be an foolproof investment. Jerry had planned on putting some money into some tech stocks, but relents.

Newman: Internet? Electronic mail? How on earth do you think the Internet will ever replace the two cornerstones of modern postal system-- junk mail and the supple curves of the blonde on page 57 of the Sears catalog?!

Kramer: Giddyup!

Jerry's parents lecture him about not supporting the computer startup of his grandma's cousin's grandkid, Mitchell.

Jerry: Mitchell? He broke my yo-yo and never stopped scratching himself. Ah yes, ol' Itchy Mitch.

Sounds like it may still be a little while out, but that is a majorly cool advancement that could lead to all sorts of science fiction tech. Especially in cars.

Yeah..... I really should know better than to trust CNN. (Although the AP reported it too.)

Yesterday CNN interviewed the 15 year old cousin of someone who witnessed the bombs going off. Such a dreg of a network.

Holy **** that's awful. The explosion was hard enough but hearing the (presumably) little kid at the end saying they can't hear and begging their dad to get out of there was tough.

You know after hearing the explosion and "seeing" the shockwave. ...

It reminded me of something peculiar. Either one or two years ago, I was walking on the shoreline of Lake Erie in Hamburg, and heard a huge boom, similar to this but muffled and felt a pretty big shockwave too... Anyone around the south towns know what I'm talking about?

I was walking to my car for lunch 70+, with a light sprinkle, half way to my car the flood gates opened and it downpoured on me. By the time I got to my car, I had no dry clothing.

Good times.

So the media and internet have already falsely implicated a handful of people in the Boston bombing over "suspicious activity" caught on video and in photographs. Facebook profiles and real names have been leaked, and real peoples' lives are probably going to be severely hurt as a result.

Must-see viewing for internet and faux-detectives everywhere:
