So glad I only have two exams to grade this semester and one of them is multiple choice. My Calc I final is going to be a disaster though, I can already feel it. Just a class full of lazy morons for the most part. The only good students I exempted from the final for getting 100% on everything.

Today is the test day to rule all test days for me.

In 20 minutes an english final. This includes a 1000 word essay (we don't know the topic beforehand), 2 essay outlines with complete intros and quotes chosen, and 15 paragraph answer questions. All of that in 3 freaking hours.

Then, as if that wasnt enough, I have a business final this afternoon.

If I can get through today I can get through anything.

Well that's no way to talk about your pupils!

That's odd though that your students can't do Calc I. I thought Calc I was pretty easy when I took it. I put no effort into the class and ended up with an A-.

I'm doing Calc II right now, and I find it easier than Calc I, but I think this might have more to do with the amount of effort I'm putting in. I almost failed Calc I

Psychology elective final Friday.. he has it listed as a 2 hour exam for 75 multiple choice and 5 essays. Hoping his definition of "essay" is different than mine.

Update on my progress:

Completed my English exam, man was it a *****. Ended up writing like 10-15 pages of stuff overall, my hand hurts now. Nonetheless, I believe I did well enough on it, and am not worried about my mark for it.

Business is up next, but I currently have 84 and the exam is worth 30% of my mark, so I could get a 0 on the exam and still pass with the required C- (as this prof gives a C- for a 57 for some reason), so I have absolutely zero worries about that. If I knew nothing at all (which is quite accurate given my attendance this semester), I can get by on this prof's tests with nothing but common sense. This prof is a joke, and his tests are jokes. Given that I have actually put in a mild amount of effort to study (which I didn't do for midterms and still got 75 on them), I believe I am guaranteed a mark of a minimum 70. If not, whatever, I pass anyways.

So only thing left to worry about is Finance final tomorrow, then all good and done.

Good news and bad news today:

Bad: E&M II final today was hard as balls. Everyone got owned, including me. So freaking hard.

Good: My Quantum Mechanics final has already been marked, and I got 94%.

-----------------

@Calc discussion:
I was a lazy son of a ***** in Calc II. Could have easily boosted it by like 15% if I gave a **** back then. Marks went:

Calc I: 84%
Calc II: 62%
Calc III: 88%
Calc IV: 71% (class average of like 55%, so a 71% was a pretty high mark)

I definitely don't miss my undergrade final days. I used to always have the dumbest schedule. during my senior year fall semester, I had one final on the first day, then nothing for 2 and a half weeks where I finished with 3 finals on the last 2 days. Those arent fun to study for

Thing about engineering classes is that average is almost certainly 30% or some poor percentage for every test

Have finals in Organic Chem II, Inorganic Chemistry and two Psychology classes. Last final is May 9th, from now until then is going to be a living hell with papers/presentations due within the next two weeks.
