Good. Between him and Rodgers, anything to put them into a cap crunch.

The real question is, have they reached an agreement with his hair?

I've heard he has had it insured for up to $50,000,000.

Kipper 3 round mock. Has the bears trading with San Fran for a 3rd

Rd. 1 (20) OL Kyle Long, Oregon
Rd. 2 (50) LB Sio Moore, Connecticut
Rd. 3 (93) WR Terrance Williams, Baylor (via San Francisco)

Analysis: With both Te'o and Ogletree off the board when the Bears get to pick at No. 20, I decide they can wait on better value at linebacker. So I took Long, a top-30 player in my prospect rankings, and more importantly for the Bears, an offensive lineman who can potentially fill in at a couple of spots. I think he could help immediately at guard, and he has the athleticism and potential to be a left tackle at this level. He can certainly step in earlier at right tackle, if needed. Long could be more physical, but with good coaching he could be a player because what he doesn't lack is natural talent. I grab Moore in Round 2 -- he offers versatility at linebacker and can contribute immediately and make tackles, as well as some plays in the backfield. I'm not a believer in Earl Bennett, and Devin Hester's career at WR isn't going anywhere, so I think taking another pass-catcher in Round 3 is worth a shot. Williams was extremely productive at Baylor, with and without Robert Griffin III. I'd like a corner as well, but this a pretty good haul for the first three rounds.

The potential is there to have the first gay NFL player come out.

I will not libel. If you want to know who, a little research will help you easily find the active player.

I'm not looking to start a debate on whether not this would be good or bad for the NFL.

Rather see Bears either get guys (I don't like the deal with Saint LT but at least it fits my criteria) longterm or draft guys to develop. No more hope/prayer for failed busts or aging vets
and the problem with this is??

Bushrod - Brown - Garza - Slauson/Carimi - Webb

this is what we have. Bushrod is guaranteed to start. The coaches loved Brown so far and he will get every chance to play. Adding depth players for cheap in the hopes they stick is what every GM does and should do

I HIGHLY doubt you dropping the name of the player on a hockey board lands you in court.

I know it's not Chris Culliver.

I honestly hope for this. I think people should be able to be themselves and not pretend to be someone else. I hope it leads to most if not all current gay athletes to come out so that it will be a big story now, but in a few months time won't even make a press clipping.

Don't care who an athlete chooses to share a bed with as long as both are consenting adults. Just as I don't care about their political views, views on anything really. Just be a good person and a good athlete and your personal life is that.

What's going to happen when some of the guys on the same team start saying they don't want to locker with him or take showers with him. Will the media and society tear them apart like they usually would or will they get a pass? I would actually like them to go ahead and tear them up but I am wondering how this will be treated. They could get let off the hook IMO.

if they don't want to take showers with him, that's childish and immature and their own problem. Too bad that there are many stupid players in the NFL that are immature

So don't shower with them. Plus I think you guys are mistaking NFL locker rooms for high school ones.

Yeah, I didn't know they had private stalls. Nevertheless, I definitely see players taking issue with it, especially with twitter, they'll type first, think second. It will be interesting. I agree they shouldn't care but they will.
