Salute Boston

The Good -

- The Anthem. Sing it loud, sing it proud!
- Joining fellow hockey fans in supporting the people of Boston.
- 2 points out of a playoff spot? Heh.
- Miller was strong
- 2 PP goals in a vital game? Heh.
- Kaleta bringing the physical game.
- Ruwedel, on Jagr in particular.
- The end-game salute from both teams was awesome.

The Bad -

- Still looking up at two teams.
- Tank? This has turned into Kursk. Again.

The Ugly -

- Marchand's nose.

RG: the idea that if we squeak into 8th, and Boston squeaks into 1st, we won't get swept in the 1st round.

G: The result didn't matter. Boston fans got a much deserved break from reality.

Sounds cheesy, but that salute was everything sports is about.

Loved the no response from Boston on the Jagr-Kaleta hit. It's nice to know we can take shots at their guys now.

Man, I wish we had lost. Didn't feel right to win in that building tonight.

Great game, Bruins.

Not cheesy. It's legit. Shows the real deal respect and brotherhood the players, fans, and cities have with one another when it's really needed.

Edit: Did Steve just say spanked?

I would like to thank the Buffalo Sabres team for their classy gesture at the end of the game by getting on the ice like that with the Bruins. I started to cry when I saw both teams standing, side by side, saluting the fans. Little things like this mean so much, money can't buy. thank you to the Coach as well for wearing the Boston Strong ribbon tonight- another gesture that means a lot to me as a fan. And finally, last but not least, thank you to all of your fans, on and off the board, for all the wonderful support you have given us these last two days. Class acts, all of you, and it won't be forgotten by this Bruins fan.

Jagr twice and Krejci once. Pat unloaded on some people.

Rangers have a laughable schedule. Even if we win out they will still make the playoffs over us.

I got chills at the end...hell of a hockey game, and Boston is a hell of a city.

Nice words.

I guess it makes us all step back and realize we are all in this together. Stay strong, Boston!
