Is that the rankings that had us at 2nd?
Yep. Had us 2nd, ranked behind Edmonton. Lindholm and Gibson 12th and 13th overall (I think), and Rakell late 40s.

Nice to see Gibson and Lindholm getting some love. Rakell too, for that matter.

Yes and Lindholm and Gibson in top 15 in league wide rankings. Neither of which are even in HF's top 50 if I remember correctly...

FYI for anyone who wants the complete info:

Gibson 11th overall, Lindholm 12th, Rakell 48th (out of the top 50 NHL-wide prospects). Additionally, Palmieri 57th of the 75 that they rank.

Our top 10: Gibson, Lindholm, Rakell, Palmieri, Etem, Karlsson, Vatanen, Holland, Wagner, Andersen.

And there was a generous two-page spread on the Ducks as the annual "Featured Team" titled Flock Flush by THN's Ken Campbell. Some good stuff!

Meh, those are only lists that have been made by some other people. I don`t like to use them as ''comparisment'' of how good we look against other teams prospects.

But, i like these lists just to read more information and a report from different POV about our prospects. But wether we are ranked 2nd or 12th, i really don`t care.

Is THN lists available somewhere? I didn`t find them on their website

I REEALLY like their top ten for us. That's the kind of top ten I'd expect to see from someone that is definitely putting eyes on our prospects. I love that Wagner makes an appearance, too.

Thanks for the info! This is the first time in about five years that I didn't buy one. I completely forgot about it. I don't want the digital version, though, so I'm gonna have to order it. Thanks again for what's in there.

Oh... btw, that list doesn't include our recent FA college signings either of Sarault, the Yale kid Lagonierre (sp?), Gagne, or Bonis. So our depth just increased a bunch before draft day!

Laganiere. And yeah I'd say it definitely did. I'm excited-ish to see how HF ranks them.

Didn't that Bonis kid only sign with Norfolk? I don't believe he's officially in our system.

Corey Pronman ‏@coreypronman 3m
In 1st period liked: Griffith (BOS), Maatta (PIT), Broadhurst (CHI), Horvat (2013), Tierney (SJS), Rakell (ANA), Heard (COL).
Pronman liked what he saw out of Rakell in the first period

Belleville wins. Plymouth loses. Nothing from either prospect to report.

Someone on the prospects board says that Helgesen has a cast on his arm, so it doesn't sound like there'll be a need for updates on him this season.

Pronman really likes both Rakell and Karlsson when we drafted them both. I recall he rated both our prospect very high and was the only person/entity to do so.

Take it for what it's worth but he's a huge Rakell homer. He's liked him since the 11 draft. Not that it's a BAD thing.

Rakel(1+1). Plymouth draws even with London in their series: 1-1.

Rouyn loses. They're 0-2 in their series.

London beat Plymouth. They're down in their series 3-1. Rakell had a goal in the game prior. No points, tonight.

Roy tweeted:

Quote:
Matin Stlouis is unreal. #rolemodel #machine
Who is this Matin, his role model? Did he meant Sundin?

Anyway, he have some similiralities with St.Loius. I doubt he ever becomes as good, but Roy have a very good chance of becoming top6 player in the NHL. It should take more than 2 years, but the potential is there.

We should draft another midget in the 4th round this year. So far we have a good luck with them

Odd. It's as though they don't believe in what they write. They basically list a first line, top pairing defensemen, and a franchise goalie. Then they list Bobkov and neglect Andersen and his wonderful year in the A. Also left out on that list is Karlsson.

They said left wing is weak, but we have Kerdiles there and they find him intriguing. Isn't Roy a left wing as well? So the fact we lost KP to graduation drops this org down that low? Yikes!

Thank goodness I stopped paying close attn to HF. Seriously, though, they used to be good at writing about us many, many years ago.

Not so sure about Detroit, but Dallas have at least as good prospect pool as we do, imo.

Those rankings really doesn`t mean that much. All we should worry about is our own pool, not some rankings, i agree.

Rouyn gave up 9 goals last night, but O'Brien was inexplicably a +1. They've been eliminated.

Rakell and Cramarossa both face elimination tonight. Their teams are both 1-3 in their series.

Really excited to see what O`Brien can do at the pro level. Sadly, the Ads season is over, gotta wait until next season.

He tended to drop his offensive numbers close to ''0'' at the last part of the season.

Anyone knows why it was so?

PS
9-6 hockey game should be nice to watch
Looks like Andrew was on the ice for first 2 Rouyn goals and on the ice when Halifax scored 6th goal.
It was really tough opposition, though.
