As long as they can stay healthy, they're pretty much the cup favorites at this point IMO.

Like the Avalanche when they signed Selanne and Kariya.

They Pens are not only stacked but they are also so well coached. It's scary.

I really don't see where they are stacked without Crosby, Malkin and Neal.....And don't they have Fleury in net? A goalie that most in here thinks he's so awful, it's not even funny? Their D isn't like all-stars material. And up front, without their stars, we have no idea HOW they will come back, there are teams with players like that. I guess their biggest strength is Bylsma. Who might be outcoaching every single coach in the league.....But without their stars....this is rather a very good team...but nothing like in a class of their own.

Me too! Which means one of two teams (3 teams, but I think Ottawa will clinch before Toronto). I wouldn't hate seeing the NYR miss the playoff.

Isles have a lot of depth up front, they lack good D, I'm sure that their drought is over.

Their D is decent, Visnovsky and Streit are good veteran puckmovers who are decent in their own zone and MacDonald and Hamonic are very good young defenseman.

Tavares wins it.

Leafs can now clinch with a regulation or OT win. Ugh.

The whole city of Winnipeg will become Habs fans tonight now. They need us to beat the Caps in regulation.

MSG commentators for the Isles must qualify for being the least enthusiastic broadcasters in the league.

Meh. Rangers only need 1 win to eliminate NJ...the Rags face the Panthers and Hurricanes in those other 2 games. NJ is finished.

Things are far from being set in the East... even if we eventuallty clinch the 2nd spot, there's still a good chance we will face the Leafs.

Rangers-Pens at 1-8 look probable, but the 5-6-7 positions are a dice toss.
