We suck against the Caps.
If they beat the Isles, in regulation, they are one point back of them with no team having an advantage in games. Also they would tie the NYR, but NYR would have a game in hand. Winnipeg can make the playoff by winning all their games and so can the Caps. I hope its one of the Atlantic teams that fall prey to the Jets.

Anyways, If Diaz is playing and weber is in, the 2nd unit PP goes from hopeless to very promising... but that is assuming weber doesn't fall apart, which he has a habit of doing. But even diaz on his own is a huge upgrade.
Well Diaz will Likely QB the second wave, which makes it easy on Weber. He'll just wait for one-timers and be the point threat. Hopefully we can use that to open up the play down low.

At the time I thought the Jets were going to lose.

Anyone in the Toronto area that knows which CBC channel will be playing the game? Every single one on Rogers is listing the sens-leafs game. Usually one is showing the Montreal though.

So many other fans don't see those GDT and it's a big loss for them.

Just a thought....
That's done every year. They take the best GDT of a set number of team boards and put them up against each other in a playoff format, based on votes. It's called the Waffle Cup, I believe.

Habs will either be the second most popular team in Winnipeg tonight or the most hated.

Excited for Diaz to be back!! If he sucks, we panic - if he's good, we're contenders!

As a Habs fan, I want them to win.
As a Leafs hater, I'd rather Capitals win. Jets will need to win out.

I'd be sooooooooo happy if we could eliminate the Leafs on our last game, but let's be realistic here... the odds of them being out of the playoffs are really thin.

So yea, let's just hope to win vs caps. I somewhat like the jets and hope for them they make the playoffs

Yeah.. Since it's very unlikely for the Leafs to lose out at this point.
Beat the Caps and Jets need to win out for them to make the playoffs.

What I like about Diaz being back is that he played before the slump, and hopefully hasn't been 'infected' with whatever the team's been dealing with.
