I'd love the Jets beating out NYR and that clown Tortelini getting fired.

Definitely. With the way Isles and Sens are playing right now, it's now very possible for the Leafs to fall to 7th. With the way the Bruins are playing and the fact they have a pretty brutal schedule in this final week (6 games in 9 days), it's also possible we stay in 2nd...

We'll see. Things are not as set as they seemed 2 weeks ago though.

I'm hoping for a Sens win in regulation tonight. Just to keep the pressure on the Leafs, and keep Leafs' fans sweating.

McLaren just got his ass-kicked by Kassian. He then head-butted Kassian. I doubt the refs do anything.

They didn't.

4-1 now. Shots 44-22 for the Sens. Weird how they seem to always get outshot and yet win. Their shooting percentage is still through the roof, this game not excepted. Not sure what this means for them in the playoffs.

This is the full video with how he ended there in the first place, hard to be a small player in this league.

I would not be surprised to see Leafs pass us too. I'm fairly certain they will beat us the next week, so I'm thinking we may end up tied in points. Not sure 100% sure who has the tiebreaker if that happens. I'm assuming Leafs since they would have beaten us 5 of 6 times. Makes sense.

Panthers are a douchey team I don't want to see empowered in the future. But alas, they have uberdough there...

I wonder if the league would have done something if Gionta fell and broke his wrist because we all know this league only punish the results.

I don't know about all the rules but isn't that a player that gets "physically" involved in a play from his bench?

Anyways, I hope that guy gets a fine just so more people can see his stupid move.

I should take this back. We love them chasing us I guess. Had a chance to get away and we failed too.

Bruins are going to destroy the Panthers today.

7-1

We will be tied in points but the B's will have one game in hand.

BOS: @PHI, TB, @Wsh, OTT
Habs: @NJ, @WIN, @TOR

I think it's safe to say we can forget about the number 2 seed. I have a feeling the final game in Toronto will determine the 4th and 5th seeds between us and the Leafs.

Starting the Playoffs in Toronto... That will be fun.

Boston wins.

I hope they're nice enough to let us know what a win without the refs basically doing everything they can except put the puck in feels like.

I bet it feels good.

You're right, it's fortunate that nothing bad happened to Gionta, because the move was stupid and dangerous. Could easily cause an injury.

Yes shows how professional some of these players are. Luckily for padding otherwise he could of broken a hip landing the way he did. He deserves a game at least for interfering with a player from the bench even if Gionta was in their bench you don't do that to someone.
