Losing Emelin was the straw that broke the camel's back... They'll need to find a credible stop-gap replacement before the playoffs... No danger of concussion or putting your career in jeopardy when crossing the red line in Habs territory... I'm convinced forwards look at Habs lineup before game and are reassured...

I'd be easier to ask who's NOT soft.

Prust...
Emelin...

Yep, that's about it.

Erskine was in every scrum tonight. Habs gived him a run for his money. He will remember the day he was destroyed by the habs squad....

Why do you guys always feel the need to single players out?

I understand the frustration, but you all look like *****es with your whining and complaining.

Go jump off a bridge.

DD is the softest most frustrating player to watch but he has company. Moen plays awfully soft for a 215 pound winger with supposed toughness. Pacioretty could be tougher to play against with his mere size and speed. Bourque is another 215 pound player who plays soft. Markov is not exactly tough.
I would say Subban and Prust are the two toughest Habs to play against. This team is scary soft.

You know you have a soft team when your toughest player is a 5'8 37 years old defenseman.
But big guys are never soft.

Desharnais's contract was 5 mil at the base but he had to pay for his pants and socks, so he agreed to a 3.5 mil if they paid them for him. Since he is more often on his butt than on his skates.

Awards:
Moen.

Taking into account that the smaller guys are going to usually be weaker -- unless you have your odd player who is small yet strong, a la Bouillon -- Moen should be a wrecking ball out there that hits everything in sight, creating energy for his team. Instead, we have this powerpuff girl that gets knocked over by a forearm from a goaltender and most nights this season, he's looked no better than an offensive version of Chris Campoli.

It's scary how much he's dropped off since last year. I really hope he turns it around during the playoffs.

Honestly I don't think we're a sofff team, I think we're (for the last while) not on the same page, not thinking right, not making the small plays. Not getting open, not anticipating well and our finishing sucks.

Look at the Caps - they were not physical, but they schooled us because they reversed their season and habits by simply playing as a 5 man unit. We used to, now we just cough the puck up every chance we get. That's the real problem. Notice how on our PP, Pleky is just holding onto the puck, or Patch...no idea what to do with it? Then remember our PP at the beginning and middle of the season. Moving it quickly, great passing, anticipation and making the other team look like what we do now.

No. By asking who the softest Habs player is, you prove that you're an idiot. Does it matter who the softest player is? No. Does anyone benefit from this debate? No.

Habs are still second in the East, why are you complaining?

Never seen anyone so easy to throw off balance.. then again he gives a great interview on RDS every second game.

I'm complaining for the same reason you just called me an idiot... because I'm pissed off.
