Agreed. Considering how well Schwartz-Backes-Oshie played against Edmonton, I'm surprised it hasn't been in the rotation more.

That's got to be a penalty! He lifted it right off. How come The Blues ALWAYS lose calls on both sides? The NHL wants them to lose EVERY game possible? I can't believe they care about helping Colorado.

Steen seemed to think the one before that went straight out as well... never really know from players reactions though!

Tarasenko will be a great goal scorer one day but he needs to learn how to get his shot off quicker in small areas and become stronger on his skates in traffic.

Bad play by Jaskin in the DZone, made up for it with some creativity in the OZone.

Why do we put the puck back to the D on the points so much? How often does a shot actually get anywhere near the net from there anymore?

Great save by Elliott on the 2 on 1.

Edit: shot wide. My bad.

Perron is going through the motions tonight, if there's anyone to bench the next game or so, he's earned it.

Colorado is really moving the puck well in the slot 15 feet from the net.

Could Backes skate any slower there? I understand he's tired at the end of a shift but at least try

Why was Backes thinking anything other than crash the net hard? That was a dumb play on his part.

It really is a thing of beauty to watch Petro puck retrieve when he's on.

Can someone explain to me why Backes didn't just go for a breakaway there? I know he had to get off for a change but just seemed like a wasted opportunity there.
