patience is very much lacking here. You can see the team getting better and better as the lines have remained more or less consistent now that all the jacking-around has been done. The fourth line job might not be easier than everyone else's, but it is less complex. Yeo clearly doesn't trust the second line defensively, the third line seems like it's a holding spot for specialists, and the first line isn't all it could be. Like the team as a whole it's getting better the longer it stays the same, but Coyle isn't up to speed yet. I'd say the only line that is functioning at 100% or as close to it as can be expected is the fourth line.
people here need more patience. I think we're working on one thing at a time, fourth line has "got" their role quicker than everyone else, therefore Yeo trusts them more than would seem logical for fourth liners.
A Chicago fan who stopped by in the GDT tonight summed it up perfectly: dump and chance and then throw out a prayer centering feed from behind the net.
That did it for me, too. When an unbiased person comes in like that and questioned it, I have now gone from being on the fence about Yeo to wanting him gone. He is in over his head, he cannot coach on the fly, he is not getting it done. The guy comes up with a game plan, and even that game plan is not sound, but if things do not go according to this so called plan, he has no capability to change things up. He doesn't know what he's doing. He needs canned. I don't care if we win the last three games, get into the playoffs and even win a round. I still want him gone. We will never win the Cup with him in charge.
