One of the worst periods they've had all season.

With that sorry ass clear attempt he deserved it. He's also thrown some lame ass attempts at checks where he's basically just pushed people.

Better to send messages now than in the playoffs.

Nucks had two PP's. Kruger and Bolland out. Hawks still very much in the game.

Bulls are done. Will really be a shame if they go with a half hour postgame instead of switching to the Hawks in 18 minutes.

Some will say Bolland is a beast in playoffs....Therefore his constant ineptitude in regular season should be ignored.

Someone forgot to tell the Hawks that this was a rivalry game.

Nucks got the message.

My bad, I thought the Hawks were trying to a game here. Seabs is a professional and he's an outstanding NHL Dman, he's more than capable of getting his **** together without being benched. Having Leddy and Oduya on the ice at the same time hurts your team. Having Brookbank with Keith hurts your team. No good is served by benching Seabrook.

Maybe it's because the Canucks had a great period and not because the Hawks had a bad period?

its not just the limp dick clear that got seabs benched, it was the terrible lazy pinch that led to 2 on 1 and the fact he looks like the slowest player on the ice.

The Canucks had a good period. The Hawks had a really, really bad period.

We're getting ouplayed by a good team on their own ice. I don't think we played great, but this is one of the few instances all year where we didn't contribute a whole lot to our demise. If it wasn't for Crawford they could easily have 3 goals.

The constant (mocking) sarcastic remarks in the complete absence of any negativity is getting old.

How about a pat on the back then for Seabrook? I'd love to live in your perfect world where everything is simply wonderful

Read through the pages again. Not that it matters. The amount of having to focus on negatives about a team that's 34-5-5, in general, warrants all the mockery people can come up with.

Oustanding??? This year?? You've got some pretty weak ass standards.

Right now he is the 5th best dman on our team. As frustrating as Oduya can be, I feel much more comfortable him, Leddy, or even Roszival on the ice. Outside his heavy (but errant) shot he largely lives on a reputation that exists only in people's minds.

It's not just focusing on the negatives Hoss, it's focusing on the negatives with the playoffs right around the corner.

I missed the part where I said Seabrook was playing well, or even fine.

I'm happy the Bulls game, which turned out to be a win, is over so I can stop trying to watch two games on two different televisions.

What was evident to me is that the Hawks aren't creating any chances. Crawford stood tall that period. Time to get a goal to help him out.
