At this point just send out Bollig & Carbomb & Shaw as first line rest of the game. No reason to keep double-shifting Toews & Kane with the Canucks taking shots at everyone...

Toews hugged again on the end boards. I hope to god this teams won't be getting away with this in the POs.

The addition of Roy really gives them the edge over us in a 7 game series.

Sorry for my post earlier, Hawks fans. Wasn't trolling, I just didn't realize I was in the wrong thread.

I'm not a fan of Bolland on the second line at all, but not having him really screws up the lines probably more than missing almost anyone else other than Toews.

Damn Saad....best play of the game for us. That almost made the other 40 + minutes bearable.

You should try looking at the standings...can't happen until the WCF.

And given Anaheim is primed to be upset in the first round, Vancouver would play LA in round 2. Don't see them winning that series.

That was pretty damn clean. In what's normally called in those situations that was hardly a hook.

I don't see Van getting out of the second no matter who they play.

Happened late but his stick is horizontal, draped across Saad's hands as he tried to go back to the forehand.....???

Hawks are on a third game in four nights flying half way across the country for one game. I would not be up for that either. A poor game and you move on.

He's not useless as the Hawks have the 4th best PK in the league...he's just overpaid for what he brings to the team.
