Because you get calls on home ice.

Canuck fan coming in peace, the Nucks need a win like this before the playoffs, beating the weak sisters in our division was no fun, having a winning record against the Hawks is good measuring stick for them though. while both teams have nothing to play for, it's good to see Chicago fight back in the third. love the way Saad plays, and Leddy is going to be really good. Take good care of the president's trophy for us, good luck and see you in the WCF.

Let's hope we both get past the first round. Hawks will have an easier opponent, but there are some hungry gritty teams that are capable.

Frolik 12 minutes including PK time not on ice for any goals against and had 1 blocked shot + 3 hits

Not sure why you are complaining about productive 4th line player/PK ace especially when we have no cap issue this year

There was a game tonight? Hawks would have been better off dressing the Icehogs tonite. I get that the game means nothing for them but if you're not gonna try just save the stars and bring up the kids.

I loved Kesler's big mean serious faces when he was taking draws. What did he think that they were in Game 6 and the score was tied late in the 3rd!

Keith will probably get a small fine from NHL or Hawks and deserves it for the remarks

Gotta control yourself better especially when your star player for one of the most popular franchises in league

From the Hawks probably but not the league. He seemed worked up for a guy who pretty much mailed it in all night.

Why it was a stupid question, and not even a question but more of a comment from a moron with 0 clue as to the game who was probably sent there to just piss people off.

Most of the media pisses me off to no end. They go to these press conferences and most of them are there to poke, prod, ask invasive and stupid and moronic out of line question just trying to get people pissed and when they finally do they go and cry foul about how these big mean athletes treated them so poorly.

There are a few members of the media to I have respect for because they do they job in the right way but most of them are blood sucking vampires and I love it when a coach, player, front office member puts these stooges in their places.

Couldn't be the Canucks got in his head a bit, could it? Nahhh.

I'd say good luck the rest of the way, but we both know i wouldn't mean it. Hawks look dangerous enough this year without my well wishing anyways.

Canucks fan leaving in peace.

I would be so in favor of this. Especially if the President's Trophy is decided by then.

Would love to see the reaction when Olgie is introduced...

Why should Keith get fined for anything? He didn't say "You don't know anything because you're a woman"....reaching for straws to start something.

Congrats to Vancooter for winning the Stanley Cup. I am assuming that Is what happened from their reaction tonight.

oh, i found his comments and the interview

Quote:
Keith: “What did you see?”
Thomson: “Well, there it looked like there was a penalty that went undetected. You seemed a bit frustrated.”
Keith: “Oh, no. I don’t think there was. I think he scored a nice goal, and that’s what the ref saw. Maybe we should get you as a ref maybe, hey?
Thomson: “Yeah, maybe. Can’t skate though.”
Keith: “First female referee. Can’t probably play either, right? But you’re thinking the game, like you know it? Seeya.”
i don't think it's really sexist what he said...but the "female referee" part was a bit unnecessary and he comes off like an *******.

Crawford's cheapshot was entertaining. Burrows doing his Kruger-impression (getting smeared badly many times in a game) was entertaining to watch too. I forgot how painful it is to watch a game where the only things to be excited about are hits (when down 3-0) and the watching the goalie keep his team in a game they have no chance or interest in winning.

I hope Q got all that line juggling out of his system, hope he enjoyed himself. Heard Troy Murray on the radio talking about Bollig's wrist shot again. If I hear one more analyst talking up Bollig's wrist shot...

Not much to read into the game, I hope. Vancouver was ready to play, Chicago wasn't.

the best part about bollig in the top 6 is that he was there to"protect" and did nothing but kill offense. truly a bum. and if carcillo hadn't scored our goal he would have been the second worst player on the ice.

My thoughts exactly. When the ops are playing with a lot of hungry young players, many from the minors, Q needs to do the same. Now, it looks like Bolland is hurt again, thankfully no other apparent injuries.

Especially Toews and Kane, probably Saad as well, need the rest, NOW!!!!!
